Right now, between doing client work, I am always open to video suggestions; chances are if you are curious about a specific topic, there are others wondering the same ;) It is interesting that you mentioned an in-depth explanation as I was thinking about putting those together... with one of them actually being templates! Do you have any specific features you would like to see covered?
@@functiondynamic930 For instance, You have explained before a sales form with subform (product, price, qty, total, subtoal, tax...etc). My suggestion was a record template connected to this form showing the whole list of sold items when printing. I tried your sample it was showing me one record each. so, a record template showing the whole list ... etc. Regards
@@shukriqalo5913 Interesting point! Now, when you add the subforms on the template it will only show one row but will show all of the rows when it is applied to a record. HOWEVER, the key point here is that you need to select the subform field from the parent record. In my example, you will want to pull Line Items from the Sale record. If you select from the subform record directly, you will not get the full list of items... which seems to be what happened in your case. In writing this, I can definitely see that this needs to be revisited in-depth. While there is certainly a lot of flexibility in Creator, the amount of choice can definitely complicate things 😉 Look for something more on this in the next week or so!
how could we reset the autonumbering counter after deleting all created forms. As we are facing issue of once deleted the counter starts from next auto number
