So when you add a 3rd accused to the case, who has been in jail for 2 years and the crimes are said to have been committed in a space of one year, is there still sanity here?

This guy is so intelligent that he would never be involved in this case! It would tarnish his reputation.

Should the JA and court chair and prosecutors secure a conviction against KB, they'll be promoted direct to full generals
Let them work for their swift promotion

The arrest of Eron Kizza is the reason why Court martial should have trained lawyers and evn so well trained good laweyers as prosecutors. The judge advocate displays an image of an emotional figure instead of a credible lawyer to argue out legal matters. Worst still is that that emotional Court advocate advises the Chairman who is totally oblivious of legal matters. Now that is the court you think can offer any justice. Look, the prosecutors have no legal notes.

His arrest is not about misconduct, but because he was feared by the court martial. He has the right to bang the door to express his emotions.

Whereas,it’s not right to try prosecute civilians in military courts,Counsel Opio,do you approve Eron Kiiza’s conduct in civilian courts. Not withstanding Military courts?.I think you were right to mention that he came with a baggage on his shoulders from previous cases.

Well there's no law that bars one from raising their voice. Such is the arbitrariness of the Kiiza case that one's voice and tone is a crime worth being jailed for 9 months. What a shame
