i'm getting this issue after enabling aws security hub "The security score cannot be calculated until AWS Config is enabled and resource recording is configured.

You should enables aws config so that aws security hub can get the info and start collecting findings for your account. Also check it should have necessary permission or not. Thanks for reaching out and support 😍.
