- Utah SR-128 is known as the Upper Colorado River Scenic Byway or "River Road" by the locals. It connects I-70 to Moab and is one of the most gorgeous roads in the United States. It starts off as a very quiet road and then follows the Colorado River with amazing rock formations on either side of the canyon.
