Yeah it was truly extraordinary that she would sign off on a movie about a baby's brain in an adult's body and being sexually exploited - Truly nothing short of extraordinary. Truly!! I mean it.

Considering how emotional she got, and the fact that she said “in case I don’t ever get a chance to ever again”, I think her mom’s cancer might have come back.
Her breast cancer was the reason their whole family have tattoos of blackbird feet on their wrists.
I really hope I’m wrong though. Emma’s still so young, and her own baby is still only a few years old 😢

@@aryaman98cut that off. Art is supposed to provoke and go to unexpected places. It is a FANTASY movie. What are you suggesting? That Emma and Yorgos are pedos?
It is a grownup woman doing grownup things in an impossible scenario, like come on. The movie has such a great message about women emancipation and having a second chance in life for you to reduce to something that is only happening in your head.

I appreciate Emma´s performance, but I truly believe Sandra Hüller should have won. To be nominated for two different films (both of them being exquisite films), and to come out of it empty-handed must be quite terrible. I am aware actors don´t do their craft for awards, but in every job you crave for recognition of your talents, your skills. You have two stellar performances and yet, you do not get an award. I am just really sad for Sandra, I know art is difficult to judge, but to appreciate and acknowledge an actress who gave two outstanding performances in two films is a must. She truly deserved this award in my humble opinion.

@@Summon256 Okay, clarification: Lily Gladstone wasn’t nominated for Bafta Awards for Best Actress. It is nominated as Best Actress for the Oscars. But initially at the Academy there were several members that considered that she should be nominated for Best SUPPORTING instead of Best Actress. It was quite a controversy among some members. I truly believe Emma should win every single award this year 🙏👏 But Emma and Lilly definitely are competing for the Oscar for Best Actress this year.
