It's very nice.. I agree with some shrubs and trees in front of house. I think if possible or zone permitted add separate utility room.. I'd extend the bathroom. Not sure if possible without damaging the beautiful tile! You just don't see that anymore. It's a lovely home tho. It's well taken care of and it's been loved.
A good location, and the place would have even better curb appeal with some shrubbery like the house across the road. The back garden, however, is nicely landscaped. The spacious rooms are well laid out, though there's a need for connecting the kitchen to the dining area. It's move-in ready!
That is a beautiful bungalow. I love it. I would just need to plaster all the ceilings and change the tiled floor in the bedroom to carpet but what a beautiful property

Just needs a few touches to bring it into the 21st century , that paved patio in the garden I would have as a veg garden.
