The "giving out testers" bar means giving out samples/testers to junkies so basically he's talking about drugs. Here in the UK we call that giving out testers, you give out testers then you get more cliental.

118 is a bus that goes from Streatham were dave grew up and it goes through the area called brixton
The 118 bus has also crashed a couple of times into peoples front yards through brick walls on Streatham Vale where he's from.

The bar about the 118 refers to his G going from small amounts of weed to kilos of cocaine, I’m from the north of England so when I first heard that it went right over my head so kudos for spotting the bus link, I feel this is has so many London specific references unless you’re from London you’re not catching them all, the mandem giving out testers, small amount of drugs to prove the quality is good
