I hope he does well with Leeds. He seems like a genuinely lovely bloke who clearly loves what he does and is massively passionate about the game. Good Luck Jesse! 🇺🇸
Wow, what a great guy, can see how he motivate players. He's so positive.
He comes across really well . Has charisma , articulate hopefully does great for Leeds
Canadian here, 6 weeks ago I never heard of Jesse Marsch, now I can't get enough of Jesse can't wait for the next international break Go Canada
Give the yank a chance. Love from Dublin Ireland 🇮🇪 💙🤍💛
Hard not to like him. Great mentality and overall outlook on the game. Really hope he does well.
Totally Spot on👍🏾
Some of the comments ate ridiculous so what he's American? He has experience, I wish him well as long as it's not at the expense of Everton obviously
That's the thing. People acting like he's Ted Lasso are going to stop soon because it's pretty obvious he's not...he's an actual coach with a decade of experience at this point. So what if he uses a few different words? He's coached in several different countries, he has won trophies. He deserves to be looked at like every other coach that comes to this league. I hope he will at some point.
Really like the way Marsch carries himself, seems like a real decent guy 👍🏽
Whoever followed Bielsa was gonna have a tough gig. But Jesse is really growing on me - open, honest, passionate. And a real respect for and belief in the group of players. The last gasp wins have your heart racing, but that’s Leeds. Keep it up (and us up) Jesse 👍
Blimey Packer! Small world seeing you comment here! How are you mate? We defo need to have a few beers and a catch up. Say hello to everyone for me. Cheers mate.
@@paulmiller1976 alright chap, how goes it? For sure 👍
@@martinpacker8583 Yeah good mate! I'm off to Spain for a week with the kids on Tuesday. Fancy a pint or two when I get back?
@@paulmiller1976 absolutely. Enjoy the sunshine!
@@martinpacker8583 Don't forget to send me your number!
Way to go Leeds! Go get ‘em
Leeds have come from not being able to score a single goal to making comebacks from 2-0 down
It’s amazing to hear ma american in this show. For an italian user it’s way more relaxing than northern uk accents
You know what... I'm really impressed with this guy!
Truly great to see an American coach have some level of success in Europe.
I like this man a lot. Brings up that great energy.
What a decent, honest bloke !! I like his philosophy.
He could be a masterstroke for Leeds, love the way he gets his team to play.....
I would never dream of criticising Marcello Bielsa....but the difference of the interview with JM is so much better and quite enthralling really.
We continue to do things which captivate . We had a genius enigma of a manager in Marcelo, now we’ve got this lad who wears his heart on his sleeve and it’s clearly made of gold. I’ve been hooked on the team again since 2014, and I think every bloody PL neutral is too.
As a palace fan i really hope Leeds stay up, They always provide entertainment at both ends, That is exactly what football is about!! They Also have great support..
Refreshing, would rather listen to this guy than most of the other managers.
Love seeing an American over there balling. He and pulisic are doing great, keep it up Jesse
Marsch has really fitted in bielsa shoes big time in small time
lets not jinx that
@@moemobile711 I know hopefully we can do Southampton and Watford with that we are safe. Probably
Comes across as a good man, sure he’ll do well with Leeds, that squad has a very special mentality. Onwards and upwards.
His comments were rad
I really like him as a manager there's something great about him at leeds hopefully he success with leeds this season he's very honest says it like it is and open
“Good plays”, “on our roster” ... I love it the unashamed Americanness of his interviews. Nothing worse than when someone pretends to be something they’re not. I think he’ll break down barriers for American coaches in the UK, just like Ange at Celtic is doing for Aussies
As you said, why would he change his language to pacify the non-Americans? He knows that they know what he means.
Scouse and Manc accent discussing football with and American accent sounded so wrong but yet so refreshing and superb.
so strange seeing a manager in the prem league just be open, honest and actually answer the questions
Honest humble and true...
WISH HIM THE BEST IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE 👏👏👍
As an American arsenal fan, I would love to see this guy succeed. Super honest interview and it’s kinda funny listening to that prominent American accent in an English club’s coach.
Great start so far. The hate he gets just for being American is ridiculous.
So interresting, I'm Austrian and have only ever heard him speak German. He seems so much more confident speaking about football in his first language. I found it very sad, Leipzig didn't work out for him but really happy to see him coaching a great team once again.
