I love how stylish your make up is, how you don't always pile on the eyeliner, fake lashes and bronzer irrespective of the look you're creating, unlike some other people around here.
@NamelessDollies you do see the shimmer in flash and sunlight but its not too much or too glittery or metallic...the light reflective pigments are very small x
@dolomite7777 no, its the UVA rays in the sun that brings the pigmentation out. You must use broad spectrum block everyday to stop it getting worse. If you are prone to pigmentation/dark spots its a must. You can use a serum to help lighten them at night (look for ones which contain kojic acid, licorice or vitamin C - all good lighteners). Foundation which contains SPF will in fact help to stop the dark stops forming. Use concealer on them during the day, this will not only cover but block UVA x

@pc2010pc I try not to powder too much over the highlighter on the top of the cheekbones...most people dont really need powder there anyway. Also when you use powder do so with a very light hand..sheer undetectable layers of powder always look best and prevent any caking x
@pinkpiggy888 personally I dont use them,,,just another product to fill up your make-up bag. Lipstick longevity has a lot to do with good application...thin layers worked in to create a stain etc. Some people love lip primers but for me they are not absolutely necessary. x
@nasimhesam I didnt, I just used the flash balm as my skin is combo (dry cheeks and oily T) so I dont need too much moisturiser/product before a night out, otherwise my make-up doesnt last too well x

@ilmfml I dont get along with their foundations too well so dont have them in my pro kit. I do however like their eyeshadows and mascaras...just havent used them for a while x

I did a look similar to this today ... well it was a cross between this look and your modern 60's peachy look. I used a white-based baby pink lip-color (a color that I had no idea how to wear) and paired it with a warm brown eye look, that was similar to this. It looked fantastic! So fresh and beautiful! My new spring look! :) xx

Gorgeous! I love the color. It's really lovely. The eyes are so subtle, and the lips make an amazing contrast. Sorry about your black eye! I had the same thing happen to me years ago. I opened the car's door right into my face. You could even see the shape of the tip of the door right above my brow. The worst part was that I managed to do it with a lot of people around, watching in the parking lot.

@misselajin I have the same problem. Estee Lauder's lipsticks are my favourites - they are very creamy and moisturizing. Lancomes are also good. But make sure to use a good lipbalm regularly during the day and night before you go to bed, so that your lips are not too dried out.
