I can see how is unit came to be. I think most of the average guitar players with GR-55 was just using a fraction of it's GR-55's potential, myself being one of them. I think I would use about 5 to 6 sounds that I use, but the trumpet? not really. They have realized that they had to make one that was more guitar player specific. I am sure there are few that really digs into the GR-55, editing and customizing the sounds, but I myself never got into it.
Some of them. The guitar FX in the GP-10 are exactly like the FX in the GT-100, only less flexible and you can't have as many at once. But what the GP-10 can do that the GT-100 can't is individually process each string using a divided pickup. So all the of the synth sounds cannot be done with the GT-100 alone. But some of the others could - for instance, #93 and #94 in this video seem like mostly guitar effects, which could be replicated on your Gt-100.

Some of the sounds sound like progressive like sounds. Kinda Steven Wilson stuff, pretty cool
Yellow color! i'm sold!
EXCELLENT !! .. but only has sounds of string instruments? guitars, basses?
Awesome!
Where can I get some of these patches? For instance, 0:22 the "Tool Patch" isn't on Tone Central, nor is it a default, and it's awesome!
It's called Fibonacci in GP-10 Extra Collection 1 ;)
Can you customize the sounds on the pedal? or make your own?
I will stay with my fantastic GR-55
Nice
i like, is this good to Metal?
yes if you play progressive :)
is there a bass version
Can you plug this one directly into your Audio Interface without using an amp? And then still get all the sounds into e.g. GarageBand.
yes
Would be nice to share these patches?
Did you find the Patches ? Where are Jay's Patches?
does it support pcm sounds like the gr55?
Don't think so. There are no fiddles, strings, piano only bass, different guitars, maybe banjo or sitar and typical guitar synth.
Can you use this pedal on a regular electric guitar?
Yes, it comes with a pickup that is meant to clamp onto any guitar.
How can one get the "Cool b bend" (ruclips.net/video/x4lyb-Mzn7A/видео.html) patch/setting on a pitch bender pedal?
Is it possible to create sounds like this on on the video my Boss GT 100?
