Disproportionately affecting who?!?!?!. The city has surpassed last years Homicide rate in 9 months... what about bullet pollution in Oakland?! Wouldn’t it be more beneficial to focus on the real-time priorities and focus on what’s REALLY hurting citizens now; before discussing the possibility of reducing economic opportunity for the citizens of Oakland.

Thanks for keeping us aware of what is going on in West Oakland, but has anyone looked into the dust from the cement plant near 24th and Peralta as well as the metal recycler near 26th and Peralta. The recycle also makes lots of noise pollution.
