Gorgeous images Mads, I love how the soft clouds frame the Milky Way. I love a lighthouse and would definitely visit this one should I find myself in Denmark one day 😀
Looking forward to discovering this spot later next month. Will be my first trip to Denamrk and the Faroe Islands. Your videos are a great tool before my trip. Very informative video(s). Keep up the awesome work Mads!
I m gone remember this place next time i m in Ålborg, been to Løkken a few times. But just on daytime, bathing. I enjoyed this One very much, looking forward to a new vlog from Danmark. Need to make a list where to Go next time i m in your beautiful country.
Great video Mads. It really is a bit challenging in there. Once I have been so lucky, when photographing during sunset, there was no wind at all and a beautifull magenta skyes. The day after I couldnt even open my eyes there due to wind and send all over my face. Looking forward for more DK episodes, I need some more tips where to go :). Fanø...maybe
YEah I had sand and dust in my eyes for four days after my first night there back in 16. But thanks a lot for the compliments. Might go to Fanø some day :)
Another great video Mads, your last image is really nice. I have been to Denmark only once, in Copenhagen, but if I get an opportunity to return I would love to see the lighthouse in person.
Fantastic location, looks so nice in your video and photos! Wish I knew about it few years ago when I drove through Denmark, at that time I only visited the white cliffs of Møns Klint... now I know I have to visit northern Denmark next time :) meanwhile I'm waiting for the next video!
I actually haven't visited those cliffs in Møn yet, so but I've seen some photos from there that make me wanna go. And you just have to come back then :)
I've been looking forward to this episode and it did not disappoint. I thought you captured some stunning images at the lighthouse. Looking forward to the next one!
Thank you again Julian. I'm happy you liked it and wasn't dissapointed. I was a bit when the audio turned out so bad :/ But I managed to work it out with a voice-over :)
you did well to fly your drone in that wind, Mads!! :-) The last image is fabulous. great Video, I look forward to your video coming out. thank you, Mads.
Thank you so much for this amazing video. Watching it felt a little bit like listening to my grandpa telling me fairy tales full of adventure. I love your night shots and I really really love Denmark!
Great video, Mads. Very inspiring. Ive been timelapsing the Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse a couple of times during sunrise, but combined with the night sky, it's absolutely stunning!
Wow , that's beauty, photos and place, I've never tried a night photo, but after watching your video I'm going to try it, so if I'm not lazy to be awake at night :) :)
The photos are amazing😍 it looks so beautiful whith the moon that makes the sky look like it was sunset and the stars at the same time! Amazing shot! But the milky way picture is also verry epic. Yes i would like to go to this spot to do some epic photos😊
Thanks for the Denmark video. Those shots were really nice and a creative use of your light resources. Thanks for the information, and I would like to visit there some day.
Dear, I am really Amazed by the shot with stars. I’m currently traveling around Denmark, probably I can make it to the lighthouse but not in the evening. Any chance to have a copy of your masterpiece to hang on a wall?
If you were to go to colorado or wyoming, i would suggest going to maroon bells, bridal viel falls, yellowstone national park, black canyon of the gunnison, mesa verde, rocky mountain national park, and the grand tetons.
Thanks Mads. They were taken at 01 o'clock at night last year in March. Kind of cold :-) I was just lucky with the norhtern lights. Only the camera could see them. I got a shock when I got home and saw the images on big screen.
Looks like a great location, love the cliffs, they look a bit like the white cliffs of Dover or near Calais on the French side. I found some pictures on Streetview with houses or a kind of settlement, but looking at your video they seem to be gone. Do you know what happened to them ? By the way, the lighthouse doesn't seem to be in use anymore, or am I wrong ? thanks Mads.
Thanks Frederic :) There once were a lighthouse-house but they were taken down as the dune started swollowing them. I remember visiting the location when I was a kid and they were still there. The lighthouse is not in use anymore no. It's also only recently made availible to enter :)
Nice video Mads. Lovely images. Quite a novelty to see a square lighthouse. Most of the UK lighthouses are round! Also, it's great to see you making an effort to reply to your viewers comments......You might struggle when you reach 100k subscribers though! (-:
It shows Mads. 104 comments, 239 likes and no dislikes. Keep up the good work. I'm pretty sure everyone who follows your videos really appreciates all the hard work and effort you put in.
Awesome description and picture thanks for sharing with us. What could be the 500 like rule for crop sensor body? I am using Nikon D7200 with Tokinal 11-16mm f2.8, do you suggest any sweet spot for this combination in relation to night photography. I would love to see a tutorial on the post processing you have done for the last two picture from this video.
The last photo is amazing!! The clouds with the M.w are absolutly stunning
Just started trying night photography and can only hope to someday capture a moment as special as this. Wonderful!
Thank you Theresa! I'm sure you will, just watch some youtube videos about the subject and get out and shoot :)
Stunning picture with the milky way !!!!!!
Love love the Timelapse of the sunset and moon rising. Last shot is very nice.

Beautiful photography as usual, loved the Lighthouse with the Milky Way.

Been there Mads and luckily not much wind . Beautiful place to get some stunning captures
Thanks John! It's good to be there without wind. After the first night last year I had sand/dust in my eyes for 4 days after... :P

Spectacular images. Looks like a beautiful spot.
Thanks a lot Gary! It is indeed :)

Yes there's not a long way from Aalborg, so be sure to check it out ;)
Beautiful images. Yes, I would photography this location, if ever I am in the area in Denmark .

Great video Mads. It really is a bit challenging in there. Once I have been so lucky, when photographing during sunset, there was no wind at all and a beautifull magenta skyes. The day after I couldnt even open my eyes there due to wind and send all over my face.

The magic of post-production to the rescue!
I love this video and I am going to be here in Lokken tomorrow to capture the lighthouse! Cant wait!
Absolutely stunning images! Well done!
Thanks a lot Alex! :)
you did well to fly your drone in that wind, Mads!! :-) The last image is fabulous. great Video, I look forward to your video coming out. thank you, Mads.
Thanks a lot Jon. Yeah it wasn't too bad when I got it up in the air :)
Stunning photographs Mads!!!
Thanks a lot Rene! :)
Your images from this location are absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely visit Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse and try to capture some pictures.
Thank you very much Thomas! I think you should :)
Thank you so much for this amazing video. Watching it felt a little bit like listening to my grandpa telling me fairy tales full of adventure. I love your night shots and I really really love Denmark!
Thanks a lot Andrea! I'm so happy you like my "story telling voice" :)
Thank you Mads for this tutorial and sharing this location. It's a beautiful place that i will put on my to-do-list .
Thanks a lot Mario, definitely do :)
Great video, Mads. Very inspiring. Ive been timelapsing the Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse a couple of times during sunrise, but combined with the night sky, it's absolutely stunning!
Thanks a lot Jonas! Happy to hear that and I love your work :) Especially since we kinda go the same places :)
Beautiful images and the last one was breathtaking. Love your videos, Mads.
Thanks a bunch Tony!
Wow , that's beauty, photos and place, I've never tried a night photo, but after watching your video I'm going to try it, so if I'm not lazy to be awake at night :) :)
You should go. Nightphotography just have something magical about it!

Yep would shoot this lighthouse, love the last shot. Any vid's from Denmark would be great as not to many good one's around.
Thanks Paul! Yeah it's a bit hard finding some really good ones. It'll be something I wanna do more of :)
Excellent work again Mads and the final image is just sublime!🍀👌
Thanks a bunch Andy! I'm happy you like it :)
Thanks for the Denmark video. Those shots were really nice and a creative use of your light resources. Thanks for the information, and I would like to visit there some day.
Thanks a lot, yeah gotta use what you have at hand :)
Very nice shots, enjoyed the video as I have not been to your part of the world.
Dear, I am really Amazed by the shot with stars. I’m currently traveling around Denmark, probably I can make it to the lighthouse but not in the evening.
Any chance to have a copy of your masterpiece to hang on a wall?
Hi there, thanks for the kind words and interest. I have prints for sale on my homepage: www.mpiphoto.dk
If you were to go to colorado or wyoming, i would suggest going to maroon bells, bridal viel falls, yellowstone national park, black canyon of the gunnison, mesa verde, rocky mountain national park, and the grand tetons.
Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely go one day! :) Felt so bad being so close and not going when I was in the US
Wow, that last shot was amazing!
Thanks a lot Wojciech! :)
Here is a number of shots I took of the Rubjerg Knude lighthouse last year www.museum-of-art.net/rooms/walk/2415
Amazing shots Mike! They're all really nice, but those with the northern lights are incredible!
Thanks Mads. They were taken at 01 o'clock at night last year in March. Kind of cold :-) I was just lucky with the norhtern lights. Only the camera could see them. I got a shock when I got home and saw the images on big screen.
Oh wow, that was a really nice surprise then! They look kinda strong! :)
Great images Mike, well done!
Daniel Schwabe thank you
WOW great shots as always.
Surprised that you didn't play with the mirrors inside the light house - they make for some interesting effects! Amazing pictures!
Thanks Joe. I think they fall a bit outside my area, but I could of cause have mentioned them ;)
Looks like a great location, love the cliffs, they look a bit like the white cliffs of Dover or near Calais on the French side. Beautiful !
Thanks Jim :)
Always a pleasure to watch yours videos ☺👌👍✌
Mads, wonderful video. Where is the music from that you use in your videos?
Aquario Amico it's made by Alexander Hitchens, L.A. Composer. You can find him on SoundCloud :)
Outstanding final photo!
Thanks a bunch Randall! :)
Amazing work
Thanks again :)

Ha! Yeah 100k would be nice but it would be hard indeed ;)
I really enjoy reading all these comments and engage with people :)

very well done Mars!
Awesome last image there mate and yet another great video. Cheers for sharing :)
Thank you Christopher! :)
Thanks Utpal, if I'm not mistaken I'm pretty sure the 500 rule is independent of sensor size :)
Mads Peter Iversen thanks that's good to know :)
Stunning!
Thanks Gina :)
Thanks for this!
Fed video!
Love the last picture Mads! Is it just one exposure? With focus set to infinity? Well done:)
Super godt. En fornøjelse og inspirerende. 👍🏻
Going to Copenhagen May 29. Any suggestions for a photo walk route in city?
Dernière image superbe.
Thanks :)
Hello Peter! I miss Iceland Videos!
So do I! Will hopefully be able to continue that series in the spring :)
I Think you are ready to start sharing contet more often. I suggest three times a week. 👍 for a start
Haha thanks Michael! But that'll just be too much of work! :P
Beautiful Work Mads - love this video and location - would be great to visit someday - Stacy ( @sentinelphotography )
Thanks a lot Stacy! I'm happy you like it all :)

We Are planinfarkt to go there next weekend so a big Thanx for this video my friend.
Always a pleasure to watch yours videos ☺👌👍✌
Thanks Jorge, happy you enjoy them ^_^
