Knuckles and Rouge (Their relationship in the comics and games reminds me so much of the one between Batman and Catwoman in DC comics. Since I love that relationship a lot, Knuckles and Rouge are a given to me.) 4. Silver and Blaze (Their chemistry in Sonic 06 was amazing, even though I can see it being argued they have more of a mentor/ apprentice type of relationship by some.) 5. Vector and Vanilla (Just watch some Sonic X to see why this is a high ranking ship of mine. It might be one-sided for now, but if ever Sega wanted to expand on it, I would be all for it.)
