Associatively linking a date attribute to the NX Title block and removing time from the value

Step by step walk-through assigning a Date attribute to an NX Drawing Template, editing the Title Block on the Drawing Sheet and associatively linking that attribute Tables Cell. Finally to remove time from the value the steps capture editing the definition of the Title Block such that the cell's value in that Table is set to show the date only.
