@@ardeewest5918 thank you, that’s nice of you. If I don’t get it at all- it’s ok, too. It’s just the fact that I think it’s arrogant from Lamy to not sell the special edition inks in Germany! That’s the real reason that drives me crazy sometimes 🤪 ☺️
@@MrsAlchemist It really is annoying. I sent Lamy an email a couple of weeks ago and asked them about it. Lamy claims that the inks wouldn’t have been appreciated enough in Germany. Which may have been true for the LE Mango and Bronze inks, but I doubt it would be the case for the new inks. It s*cks. 😞

Somehow, seeing these pens on your video has made me waffle on holding off. I had missed that the end cap matched the grip. That makes it feel more cohesive to me. The inks too, I love on the cosmo air light. I suspect in a pen with average flow the inks will look like that swatch on most papers as I know my OG Dark Lilac shows almost no sheen in my TWISBIs. I look forward to hearing a report on using the inks! Thanks for sharing this, I really appreciate it!
I haven't used the inks yet. You know everything with me happens in slow motion at turtle speed. LOL. I really, really love the Violet Blackberry Safari.
An additional option for the future is to use the adhesive remaining on your sticker to pull off as much residue as you can (before disturbing the residue with your fingers). This can hold you over until you get to the sink.
Not really my colours neither in the inks or pens, but I love my Vista and my Studio. It's getting near a first refill for my Vista but haven't decided on which ink yet. 🙃 Hug the doggy from me! 😇🩷🙏🙌

Just ordered the blackberry but for me, the ink is too dark. I am used to the violet cartridges which are much lighter. Any bottled inks you think might match the Lamy cartridge? Thanks!
I just used it in a fountain pen and I don't enjoy the Violet Blackberry at all. I'll definitely pass along this bottle. I unfortunately don't know the violet cartridges and can't suggest a similar bottled ink.

Me, too, on the Lamy love lately. I ordered the 2 new Al Stars which I like better than the Safaris although I have many of both.
I'm so glad I let myself try them again, because I'm so in love and planning to purchase at least one gold nib for them.
