I often fall asleep by thinking of something random and then infinitly connect that thought to the next one. Like this: the color blue→blueberries→i have blueberries in my garden→my garden blooms in the summer→flowers→the flower shop in my city... And so on.

Edit: For those of you wondering, I was diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder a little over a month ago. I got a second opinion from two separate psychiatrists.
DID is a psychological condition that occurs when a person experienced extreme, repeated trauma when they are between the ages of 5-9. This is the time frame before a child’s personality is fully cemented, and trauma can cause them to (for lack of a better term) fracture into multiple distinct alters.
I will not go into detail about my trauma. That is my burden alone to bear. However I will tell you that the abuse I suffered was extremely physical, emotional, and s*xual in nature.
I joke about it my condition help deal with the anxiety I feel surrounding it. I fully acknowledge that DID is often lied about online for clout. And I cannot prove that I have it here. Nor am I willing to waste any more effort beyond this. You can choose to believe me or you can choose not to. I truly do not care. I just want to live as normal of a life as I can.

This actually works! Sometimes when I'm trying to prove a theorem during a math test, I just don't get it(highschoolers can relate). And I return to the question after completing the other problems in the test and, 3 out of 4 times, I get the way to prove the theorem. It's actually crazy how well this thing works

This is really interesting because I often find myself thinking about the most random things, and when I trace them back to what I was originally thinking, it was completely different and seemingly unrelated. But it's weird, because I made the connections from each thought that led to something completely different. Sometimes I forget the people around me aren't listening to my thoughts and I'll say something super random compared to our conversation, and I have to explain it to them 😂

I feel like this is on par with what the zone is. Gives me the same vibe.
The way I understand it this is the opposite of the zone. The zone is when you're in the present and concentrating on what you're doing and nothing else.

Since the sea level is increasing, why don't we just build big umbrellas and place them upside down at beaches. When it rains the water goes into the umbrellas and not the sea, so it doesn't get higher. You can then sell the water after filtering it and boom earth is halfway safed.
You may wonder how I came up with this genius idea and let me tell you how. I can't sleep for about 3 hours now and I got bored. Then I went on RUclips, saw this video and thought "Why don't I share my perfect and smart idea with some people"

It's basically the same thing except i try to do it right before going to sleep, they're like dreams but you're aware you're watching qnd awake but don't actually think about it, you let your mind just create random thoughts and it's interesting to watch what your brain is playing inside your head without you actually controlling it

By doing this,I’ve come to conclusion that it is indeed,bigger than black and white.
I actually do something similar, as a child I never liked sleeping in the car on a long trip so when I felt like I was about to fall asleep I would grab the handle that’s above your head in the car (I don’t know what it’s called) so when I fall asleep, my hand would fall and slap my knee, waking me up. I still do that to this day
I find that weed helps with this ALOT. I developed a theory about my own mind that is exactly the same as this. I guess I'm not the first one to think of it lmao
