There's no hard and fast rule depending upon the heart efficiency, carcinomas spread through lymph which aren't particularly regulated by heart function , and it totally depends on the nature of the aggression of the cancer

Sir my wife has some issues on her left cheek inside. The skin colour is changed in some parts its turning to light black or u can say grey colour. It doesn't have any pain or any rashes. But worry about the colour. Since 15 years she is using only left side of teeths to chew food because she dont have one teeth right side. We consulted 3 dentists . 1st dentist said its early symptom of oral cancer without any test, 2nd said its just cheek bite no need to worry and advised to remove wisdom teeth immediately. 3rd dentist is not ready to say anything until one month monitor after wisdom teeth removal and he advised to have biopsy and get confirmed after a month. Please let me is its symptom of oral cancer.
If it's showing black/grey patches, most probably it's cancer, do not go for biopsy after biopsy cancer starts to spread, use any other method to confirm if it's cancer or not, but not Biopsy.

Sir my mother diagnosed with Oral bucal mucusa cancer with poorly differentiated. Doctors didn't told us the stage. Doctor just advised for surgery as soon as possible so we did the same. Surgery was done successfully but after surgery the reports came out and it was showing cancer was fully removed and no need of radiation or chemo therapy. He said just visit clinic in every 3 months for regular check up. My doubt is simple that is it real that after surgery some paitents don't require chemo or radiation??
Hi Shubham , yes in some cases even if cancer is poorly differentiated but has not metastasised into any lymph nodes and is small enough/circumscribed , you may not need chemotherapy/radiotherapy , but yes you have to be very watchful and careful and be very regular with check up and recall visits so that it is ruled out that she goes in complete remission .

Sir my wife has some issues on her left cheek inside. The skin colour is changed in some parts its turning to light black or u can say grey colour. It doesn't have any pain or any rashes. But worry about the colour. Since 15 years she is using only left side of teeths to chew food because she dont have one teeth right side. We consulted 3 dentists . 1st dentist said its early symptom of oral cancer without any test, 2nd said its just cheek bite no need to worry and advised to remove wisdom teeth immediately. 3rd dentist is not ready to say anything until one month monitor after wisdom teeth removal and he advised to have biopsy and get confirmed after a month. Please let me is its symptom of oral cancer.

If it's showing black/grey patches, most probably it's cancer, do not go for biopsy after biopsy cancer starts to spread, use any other method to confirm if it's cancer or not, but not Biopsy.

Sir my mother diagnosed with Oral bucal mucusa cancer with poorly differentiated.
Doctors didn't told us the stage.
Doctor just advised for surgery as soon as possible so we did the same.
Surgery was done successfully but after surgery the reports came out and it was showing cancer was fully removed and no need of radiation or chemo therapy.
He said just visit clinic in every 3 months for regular check up.
My doubt is simple that is it real that after surgery some paitents don't require chemo or radiation??

Hi Shubham , yes in some cases even if cancer is poorly differentiated but has not metastasised into any lymph nodes and is small enough/circumscribed , you may not need chemotherapy/radiotherapy , but yes you have to be very watchful and careful and be very regular with check up and recall visits so that it is ruled out that she goes in complete remission .
