Yeah, I got pretty lucky to have spawned on an island, not having to interact with other civs or making military units have been really helpful to this run
@@MaxNGarch145 Yeah, in my run the turns wait mid game got really long with 7 civs in 2 continents... small and 3 civs as the PC speedrun is the way to go it seems
Just picking 3 civs allows for fewer time between turns de facto, that's the first thing I thought about when I saw your setup of settings. Then made a list of priorities in a single city with a river : Colossus, Observatory and Newton College. At the same time, I rushed to democracy to get more trade thus more science and gold.
