My first box came destroyed, they have almost nothing for customer service. They have messanger, which they just ignore you and they have email, and they ignore you there too. I thought It was terrable. Waste of money.

OH NO! I am so sorry you went thru that. I never had problems with their boxes and/or costumer service. I am not being paid to give this review and I have been using their service for the longest time... Maybe give it another try :) It is really wonderful.

$69 for food "they chose for you to make 3 meals". They chose what food they will send, when they feel like it, and then access your bank account and charge you for it, before they let you know what they did. Of course there are no refunds, nor do you know when they're gonna do it. They do let you set a delivery date though, for all of the food they are gonna send you, that is useless for making a meaningful meal.

Maybe you need to look it up again? You can completely edit your cart, let them know items you don't want or like. You chose what date you want your box to be delivered each week and you can also skip as many weeks as you need for a reason or anther. They truly completely customize it to you and your family needs :)
