I honestly though being trans meant the individual had undergone medical transition surgery or at least was in the process of doing so, but at the very least was doing hormone treatment.

They will always lead you to believe the sky is falling but in this particular area it has gotten pretty out of hand. For example where I work we have had far too many sensitivity training courses about this very subject matter. And although there’s nothing wrong with including it into a sensitivity training seminar, it became focal point. We’ve had several on trans awareness and tran violence and not LGBTQ but specifically trans rights and how to better assist with trans students in crisis and how they’re at risk. This is where it gets weird. We have no trans employees on staff and of the thousands and thousands of students we assisted we have had two that were trans. Speaking in terms of cost, benefit analysis the amount of training we’ve had and the amount of resources and attention allocated to this subject matter vs. The amount students we actually assist is disproportionately off to say the least.
I want to emphasize, there is nothing wrong with including trans information in a seminar. But as I initially stated, it occupies so much time as well as resources. Training could be better used to actually help students who are truly at risk demographically speaking.
It would be like the NYPD spending countless hours preparing for a an elephant attack in downtown New York. It may happen lol but highly improbable. Though my particular case is anecdotal we are finding the same pathology is infecting many of our neighbouring campuses and colleagues work places. You start to question, what is the reasoning? What’s the purpose? An overwhelmingly minute demographic, almost nonexistent In our case yet the most amount of resources have been spent on making our offices a “safe space” for trans and we have the most training in counselling trans than any other demographic and we have had 0.001% of our interactions be trans students. None of which were in distress the matters they required assistance with were normal everyday student life issues.
@@6ixStringStudio in your case I can see how that kind of training may seem pointless, but just look at the other people commenting on this video, there’s bias against these people spread wide, so raising awareness for these people is important in order to inspire change in how people think, even if there are no trans people working around you.

Also to your first comment, the issue is never as big as the MSM makes it out to be. I think more people should be wanting to join together with the trans community, LGBT, minority groups so we could be a cohesive unit that cannot be divided by the MSM’s tactics. I think that should be the real concern. But they want to divide us on these smaller issues.

The problem is such a small percentage of the West is “woke” but all of the elites and academia is woke. The HR departments and the defunct “diversity and inclusion” departments hire all the hiring and LITERALLY review all materials, especially in public relations. Look at job listings for tech companies, gaming, big corps etc. They say the employee must be prepared to run everything through these departments.
Unless there is a moritotium on immigration, we close legal loopholes, we deport and revise academia, the country is over. People are being brought here to join a subculture that is taught to hate the country. They aren’t made to assimilate and we have no unifying culture to assimilate to.

Big companies are scared to lose money. Not scared of some snowflake's feelings. The real issue is how such a small (and I mean very small) group has so much of a voice and control. My youngest hasn't spoken to me since the beginning of February. I used to be the biggest supporter of her doing her..... Until it became an ultimatum of allowing, accepting, supporting and encouraging whatever regardless of the dangers risked and the lack of both humanity and humility that the actions came with or saying "not under this roof." It broke my heart. It still hurts every day. I know I had to fight for my acceptance of being pierced and tattooed but I never demanded special treatment, I laughed at the jokes and slights when they were funny and not just needlessly cruel and being well spoken and polite is always first and foremost in my defense of who I am. Hopefully someday they will realize yelling at someone, calling them names and demanding they accept what doesn't make any sense to them in every aspect of daily life works about as well as holding your knees together when you have to pee. You have control for a little while but soon you end up peeing all over yourself when you try to walk to the bathroom.
That is the critical question. How the heck does a tiny % of the world population capture so much voice?
