    Ingredients of Chicken kiev:
    1) Boneless Chicken thigh/chest - 2 pice
    2) Chicken skin - 2 pice
    3) Eggs - 6 pice
    4) Panko(Japanese Breadcrumbs) - c/n
    5) Flour - 80 grm
    6) Corn flour - 80 grm
    7) Ginger and garlic past - 1tbs
    8) Garlic brunoise - 2 pice
    9) Chopped coriander leaves - c/n
    10) Chopped parsley - c/n
    11) Black pepper - c/n
    12) Salt - c/n
    13) Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
    14) Butter - 100 grm
    15) Mozzarella Cheese - 200 grm
    16) Oil - c/n
    17) Oregano - 1/2 tsp
    18) Thyme - 1/2 tsp
    19)Lemon juice - 15 ml
    Preparation:
    Remove the skin and then boneless the chicken thighs.
    If you are using chicken breast, you will need to cut the chicken butterfly fillets
    Take a bowl and prepare the marinade. Marinate chicken thighs with lemon juice and salt, chopped parsley, chopped coriander leaves, ginger and garlic paste, garlic brunoise, black pepper, oregano, thyme and mix together. Cover with kitchen plastic film and rest for 15 minutes inside the fridge.
    After 15 minutes do the filling. Put the butter bar and mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some herbs and make the rolls and have a side.
    Then take the chicken skin and cover the chicken roll with the chicken skin and take the kitchen plastic and cover all the chicken and tie the knot very tightly. Rest all the chicken rolls inside the fridge for at least 1 hour.
    After 1 hour take out the chicken and make batter. Use batter with 6 pieces eggs, flour, corn flour, black pepper, ajinomoto and salt. Mix well lambs free and make smooth batter.
    Remove the plastic film and place the chicken inside the batter and shower well and transfer to another plate cover very well with panko (breadcrumbs) and take one side. Refrigerate the rest of the chicken rolls for at least 1 hour. Better to rest all the night.
    After an hour, take out the chicken rolls and heat the oil. When the oil heats up to 175 to 180 degrees centigrade, place the chicken roll in the oil and fry on medium heat for 20 minutes. Then take out the chicken rolls and prepare the dish for plating.
    Coat with mashed potatoes then chicken rolls on top of the mashed potatoes and as a side dish I use boiled green beans. If you want other types of food, you can do as you like.
