I'm a UPS Driver and these baskets mean so so much. Especially during the holiday season. We work upwards of 13 hours and sometimes 6 days a week. In horrible weather. We deal with alot. Alot most folks don't see. This small gesture during a 13 hour shift really does help and make us feel appreciated. We appreciate you. As for the reason we don't take a bunch is because we know that some houses have multiple deliveries and want to leave a variety for others going through it. We all have a mutual respect for each other. Pro tip: hand warmers are amazing
I'm surprised they didn't take more. Free snacks and food and people were very reasonable with how much they took. I always find it surprising how little people take when there's free things on offer.
Dude I do food delivery and it warms my heart every freaking time when they offer snacks just as much if not more when someone tips! It really makes my day. Thanks for doing this!
I did a care package for delivery drivers today and I put in a lunch bag a cheese stick, a beef jerky stick, a brownie, 2 cookies, and some christmas reese's candy, I wrapped a candy cane on the outside. And then on a basket, I have a variety of cheetos where they can choose one and they can take both a water bottle and a Gatorade.
@@eve5724 haha no I'm Canadian. I have traveled throughout the states mainly and find they're generally friendlier. I guess it depends on the 'friendly'. I suppose Canadians can be polite but they're often cold, and not very warm or deep. They're much in the surface, and seem to prefer to keep it that way. At least in western Canada

Maybe get a standup TV tray or something higher to put it on because it looks like some of those guys didn’t see it on the ground thought it was like something else

I do this, too, and nobody has ever taken advantage of it. I wish I had a ring camera to see it. At first I used to get thank you notes.
