My binder got delivered today and I instantly fell in love with it.
My husband gave me this as an early Christmas present (fyi, Thread & Maple mention on their website that there could be stock issues since these are made in Ukraine, so get them while you can). INSTANT LOVE!! Oh my, the workmanship is *stunning* and absolutely gorgeous. The feel of the leather is just out of this world, and the smell is heavenly. I got the Chocolate color binder with a page for my Chiaogoos in Whiskey for contrast. The colors are lustrous and rich, and I can imagine the patina as it ages will be beautiful. Right now, as a new knitter, the binder and one page is enough, but I will likely soon need another page for my cables. Luckily my birthday is not long after Christmas... 😊
This binder and customizable pages are pricey, but compared to the prices of Little King Goods, they're a steal. The workmanship is excellent and I'm so glad we made the investment. Love, love, love!

I saw this on the paradise fibers website today and ordered the jumbo binder and one of the pages. I have been looking for years for a functional needle case and this fits what I have been looking for! I can’t wait to get it.
Perhaps a friend or family member we would purchase this beautiful item for a gift.
I have the jumbo binder the only gripe I have is the magnetic closure on the binder it doesn't hold strong enough, also the jumbo binder appears to only hold six pages which is ok as my 7th page just goes into my project bag, I found that the workaround for the binder closure was I glued velcro over the magnet now it closes tight and stays closed, perhaps it would be better if the binders were sold with velcro closure instead of the magnet which is too weak to hold. Other than that the whole binder system is really lovely ,the leather is gorgeous and holds a lot of needles notions and anything else you want to throw in it.

This looks brilliant and I was so interested in purchasing this until I saw the price. I do appreciate that it is beautifully designed and made however, at that price per insert it is simply unaffordable for many knitters.
Totally understandable. These are handmade by a small leather artisan team in Ukraine from very high quality leather. Our team there are relying on us for their livelihood, so we are not planning to move production to China or similar low-cost mass production centre. We strive to create heirloom pieces that will last a lifetime and we know that quality and ethically produced products come at a high ticket price. We do run an annual Seconds Sale, where you can find perfectly imperfect binders, pages, clutches and other items at steep discounts. We typically run this in August and are planning to add a second event in spring of 2023. Thanks so much for your feedback, we hope to see you in our shop, even if just to browse :)
@@threadandmaple -thank you for explaining. You’ve changed my thinking about this. Knitting and my tools are an important part of my life and this would be a very worthy piece of kit.
Yes it is pricy but it can be affordable I am a pensioner and bought the pages as and when I could afford them I used facilities where I could buy a page over three months so the outlay didn't seem so great, now instead of hunting around for six different set of needles they are all secure in one place along with all notions etc.I love it.

I'm in the UK and was hoping to get a jumbo whisky binder with a page for knit pro Nova metals 15cm but I can't seem to find any availability in the UK 😢
