I have been fond of ghazals since my boyhood. People used to say I should have taken music as my profession. I should habe been a singer. I became a singer, only to sing in bathroom!! My little daughter discovered it first. It was a song from the album 'Halka Nasha'. She said to her Mom that it was her Baba singing!! And everybody after her told me that I have got a striking resemblance to my Guru's voice!! And now I don't need anything to live!! I think my birth is complete now!!
Sir, your music has been an integral part of my life. It has so often been the anchor to which I have held myself to. To be able to watch your perform live someday is something that I am looking forward to eagerly. Hope your music would resonate amidst the mountains and Himalayas of Sikkim someday soon enough.
