- In this video I review the new crypto project Crankk. I moved both of my MatchX M2 Pro cryptocurrency miner's over to Crankk last week and have begun earning real rewards. In this video I'll review my reasoning for making this switch, give an overview of the project and review what you'll need to do to make this switch, review my Crankk dashboard and the current profitability figures, and finally go over some pros and cons I see with this project. This way you will have all the info you need to determine if it's time for you to kick MXC to the can too.

Awesome! I am looking into this. The first question I will be asking in their discord chat is whether by using their network would mean no longer earning with the MXC network. If I can do both with the same amount of power and time...then why not.
Yes it would mean no longer using the MXC network. Although I have still been earning some MXC even after I switched (MXC must have forgot to turn off the Ponzi)
Do you need to do anything with your M2s first on the data dash app before converting? All of mine dropped off the app and I haven't been able to reconnect them but I want to try Crankk
Nothing needs to be done in the data dash app. Only thing that needs to be done with the M2 is change the server it’s pointed to in the M2 dashboard which you login to using the M2’s IP address.
Word is they closed the beta to new people, not sure when it will open back up. We’re you able to sign up in time?

I think they pulled the instructions, open a ticket on their discord and the Crannk team should be able to send you a guide
Hi I've recently been given a matchX m2 pro but I see Crankk onboarding has stopped until maybe July? Is it worth me waiting or shall I just set it up on helium for now? Thanks
I didn’t think you could set M2 Pros up on Helium, but I could be wrong. I would definitely pick Crankk over Helium

Do you know if a helium and crankk device can be run from same location without inference? Have a ln additional sencecap so why not try, and still have the other one running on Helium.

Yea I got a notification yesterday that a few of them disconnected and reconnected again. Hadn’t seen that in a few months, used it happen all the time. Not sure the reasoning

The next issue to look into after a quick view of the guide is how their wallet works.
I think it’s similar to most all other wallets, just gotta get the tokens on the right chain

How was the setup? Also I heard you need the kadena on the zero chain I think. How do you get the proper chain?
Setup was pretty easy. To get chain 0, do a cross chain transfer on the ecko wallet.

Yes, I did it with KuCoin and didn’t have any issues

Earnings are down from when I made this video, but right now each M2 Pro is making about $1.30/day, which isn't awful
I got also 8 M2 Pro getting dust , but we wonder if this Crankk project is another ponzi scheme.....and has it liquidity? namely you can extract money when you can? and fees involved? and could we put all 8 units in a farm( same location)? or is similar to Helium? you must put one x hex......

September 2022 was a good time to exit MXC if you had been "mining" for over a year. 👍
That when I sold my bag, it was under a year so I didn’t recoup all my cost, but happy to be out
@@SwanCastleCrypto I recouped and doubled, but was all circumstances and luck, which are the only things you can expect from a Ponzi scheme, I will be giving Crankk a try as it would be good to see my m2Pro actually be used for its original purpose (transmitting and receiving actual data packets) and not just vapour-ware for token airdrops.

Great video thanks! I still have 75,000 MXC on my Match X wallet which I’m not able to withdraw: would this remove the option to try withdraw those MXC in future?
I wouldn’t risk moving this off MXC without withdrawing those coins. Why are you not able to withdraw?
@@SwanCastleCrypto like a lots of people now, we are not able to withdraw our coins. Withdraw requests are on hold for ages. There is actually a group who started to get together a case to take legal action. Hopefully the issue will be solved soon

Yes, their website lists the current helium miners that are compatible. I believe they are working on adding more

No, there are a lot of other eligible devices which you could currently pick up for under $50, such as Helium Bobcat miners

My 2 are at the same location and I’m not seeing any penalty, not sure if that will change in the future

The Lora network already has many sensors and devices that use Lora networks, the fact that helium or mxc decided to do it in their own network was perhaps a mistake. Example now mxc try to expand their network so sensors and several devices could use this network of theirs. crankk is going to do this too.
It's stupid to share wrong information if you don't find out what the Lora network is and how to use it, for example. I understand that getting familiar with this requires several tens of hours.
Well lack of use case in the sense that no one is actively purchasing the data Crankk is providing. Similar to Helium and MXC. That was my point

If you’re trying to mine MXC, or whatever else they are mining with the M2 Pros nowadays, I can’t help you. MXC is a scam which I warned people about over a year ago

What I showed was a DEX within Crankk. Similar to many other new projects when they are not yet listed on major exchanges. The project is still in beta.
