Wow, I'm really surprised by how big they get in just a couple weeks, I prepped a bag with pink oyster spawn a few days ago and I've been so excited watching the mycelium spread and waiting for them to start fruiting

How did yours turn out? How many days did you let them grow after the pink appeared?

@gastrobot I got a few big clusters growing, but I noticed they were kinda pale and stringy, it seems like they weren't getting enough light where they were. I moved them to a spot with better lighting today and removed the clusters that didn't grow right, waiting to see if they grow healthier this time
