Whilst I wouldn't say no to this house I'd expect more than bog standard white plastic switches and I'd have to say no to the blue carpets! Thanks for a great tour 😊
U can get much better houses for nearly 2 mil ! This feels like a office building , But ur presentation and work is really nice! Sofar u r the best realtor on youtube for me. Really on to the point simple ! And a lot of various types of houses u show Kepp up the good work nd keep growing 🙏🏽👌🏽
I Love the UK, but I can’t stand their boxy houses. For this kind of money, the entrance should be inviting and grand, not some narrow walk way. Looks like I will have to hire my architect from outside the country.
Those are some valid points. Personally I'm quite particular on wardrobe style, so even though they're not included, I wouldn't mind the opportunity to put in exactly what I wanted.
Gorgeous property. I love how the natural light makes it airy and bright. Your attention to detail in the tour is also spot on (am learning so much). Keep shining ✨
The best house you've toured. The kitchen is amazing. Just not a fan of tall the glass ( cleaning bill will be a nightmare) and the wooden doors( scared of all the infestations). But the rooms are a lovely size.
Nice but this home feels cold and for the money the floors coming in should be marble real marble. But as always you did a fantatic job showing this off
I have a question on the move to modernise homes, I've noticed that the colour schemes are usually dark, a very static look with lots of edges in the architecture. Why the choice to remove colour to make it modern, can modern also include colour and how does modern get defined?
Good question! Tough to answer as we also notice a lot of modern homes are stark white internally and sometimes even externally. I think it's up to the developer which direction they take the design, usually their goal is to stand out and using striking dark colours may do just that.
Thanks for the video however in future pls could you just keep it flowing instead of focusing on the obvious features. I found myself having to skip through loads of the video to skip talking
So much blue in whole house even the carpets are blue lights in the kitchen are also blue only good thing is light in the house otherwise not a stylish house but you do a good job

Hehe, thanks for your comment.
Blue carpet makes the room look cheap....they should change it to cream. Back splash green....no no no. The decor makes the property look bog standard
@@goldenaye3: ditch all the carpeting and just have hard floors. I stopped putting carpets in my homes a long time ago.
Feels like an office block on the inside.
This is going to make a FABULOUS nursing home one day
🤣🤣

I thought the same.

I was born & raised in the UK, but I have to agree with you... the houses here are crap compared to places like the US.
This house is amazing my favourite by far
I loved the house for its off the grid feature. The only negative thing is the other bedrooms without wardrobes. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Been decorated by a man, a straight one
A straight man with zero taste and life outside the business centre
😂
A minimalist man’s house.
Lovely house and wonderfully presented!
Hi Hannah, thanks for your feedback!

Thank you Vux, that's very kind of you. We're glad you like our detailed style :)
I love your RUclips channel and videos.
Thanks for the support Danielle ;)
Nice house, the kitchen is amazing 👏
The presentation was really nice but for some reason this doesn't feel homely to me..
Good presentation, well spoken sweet lady.
Thanks Barbara :)

Cleaning will be a breeze if you have cleaners come in once a week ☺
Nice home👍😎
Zero carbon really shouldn’t be a special feature in a new home. Too many homes are built for the 20th century.

What about wardrobe closets in each bedroom? For that price each bedroom should have its own bathroom and walk-in closet
Outdoor areas are possibly more important
Central London house blog plz
Very nice 😍
The elongated floor plan looks like a hospital,
Omg - I would take an American home any day.

Fantastic house extremely well presented. Pity you didn't venture out into the garden though or look at the garage.
Next time!

For the price the finish, layout, space and shape of the rooms is terrible, plus not sure I want to live in an office block
Thanks for your comment.

Thanks Ayesha!
That gallery looks like an office or Hotel rooms. Not like a home.
Such a shame they didn't dress the property. That would have made it really.
Who on Earth put blue carpets in there? 😂
:p
