Gotta love seeing how haggerty starts stepping in deep with his punching once he sees that Meyer is having difficulty defending those strikes. Great read and finish.

@@cianm136 At Muay Thai. But as we saw with Demetrius Johnson, he gets outgrappled by many top ufc bantamweights. Aljo, TJ, Dominick, Merab can all outgrapple him easily.

Haggerty is a fantastic fighter among the elite but Meyer is not on that level at all . Bold from him to take such a fight so respect to Arthur .

@Stun Everyone can fight in big thai stadium. There is a lot of different events of all levels at Lumpinee and Raja.
Rodtang can fight many fighters of same level in Thailand , but Haggerty do not have that luxury .

Actually on that finish, Meyer was expecting a liver shot that's why you see him lower his elbow to cover his liver and he get punished with a left hook to the chin. Haggerty set it up by targeting the liver 2 or 3 times, Meyer was hurt...

You can just see it in the way they both move. Johnathans body seems more skilled for Muay Thai, skinny and lengthy which helps him in any Muay Thai fight

Too fast,too big,too strong, too skilful, too smart, too technical...im not sure who thought Meyer would be a challenge but he clearly is not ,not even with horseshoes in his gloves...maybe they should even it up and Bruce Lee the next defence against multiple opponents

Yeah, Haggerty was in there with what? Massive 8 ounce gloves? It was probably like a sparring match to him. He knows he needs get to Asia and strap on those 4 ouncers if he ever hopes to get another shot at Rodtang. Nice to see him on the attack, wish he would get lower, but his elbows were so effective he probably was having too much fun to think about it.
