    I developed my own system of buffs and debuff points daily, and use it to graph my behavior over the week. I noticed that my weekends were absolutely tanking my daily score. These learnings are super helpful and motivating.

      Tracking is soooo important. And I still hate doing it :P Gamifying it makes it easier though.

    The method that resonated with me the most is when you mentioned to remember to celebrate small victories along the way. Stop neglecting the wins! We don’t see all the things we do everyday for our families and others… got to celebrate wins more win 🎉 especially for sake of our mental health

    Very informative! but an you tell me where to find a game genie for life. I hate grinding :D
