I am more concerned about you loading the rims in the bin. After few rims, the bin will be more than half full. Please do not lift rims above your hip height. In fact you should have filled the bin with rims first instead of bike frames. Throwing bike frames high in the bin is a lot easier than throwing rims high.

You should have some four wheeler or a little traktor to move HMS and other heavy metal. Take care of your back. I din't and regret it every day now when I am retired.
