Pls share more about your love. I was crying to God today saying I don't think men are capable of being faithful. Of even love. Loving their children or anyone else. I prayed to stop fearing men and assuming I know the character of all men. I don't want to block a blessing
There’s a bit of everything in this world, but you did something AMAZING by giving those worries/fears to God. Ask in faith, and you will receive!
You have wounds that need healing, and once you start allowing God to transform and heal them, everything else will fall into place.
I first had to “become” the woman my husband needed. I had to grow and mature. He also had to become the man that I needed.
So in a sense, all our trials, falls, and failures, they can help us grow.
It’s tough in the midst of a storm, but I love the analogy of trees.
When a big storm comes, it makes them grow deeper roots. This way they’re stronger and can withstand a harsher storm. It’s the same with our faith if we let it!
Anything you’ve experienced can make you better able to live that prosperous life God wants for you. ❤️
I don’t know who you are, but God does, so I’ll pray for you. Sending a big warm virtual hug. 🤗
Pray for a faithful man who will love the Lord Jesus with all his heart soul and strength. Pray along thee lines of Epohesians 1:15-23 and Ephesians 3:14-21 forboth of you even though you can't see him.... yet.
We are all sinners but the holy spirit can heal and transform us. But men are mostly trust worthy.. most men are good fathers..
If you have trust issues with men, then you were with the wrong man, that wasn’t suited for you! Men can be mean, but not all men, are how you view them. There still are decent men out there who can respect and value you. Pray and ask God to bring the right Godly man into your life
Yesi, what a testimony. You can't go wrong with having GOD in the middle of your relationship. With HIM there are no coincidence but divine intervention. The relationship you have is not extreme but biblical. Blessings

More than how you met , it’s how you feel towards each other and care for each other is what I’m going to carry from this. I love adding peace, stability and comfort in lives of those I love- I love being their home. I love peace in family and big risks and adventures outside of it, my mindset is that of no amount of issues warrants yelling, screaming and disrespect. I don’t buy it or practice it. I will carry this into my married life when I meet the right one god has for me. I am not perfect in my walk but I know my worth ❤
Just subscribed. This is so beautiful and you are an amazing storyteller. I am going through so much right now with physical illness and other issues in my life, and I have been single now for 2 years after a 4 year relationship. We broke up over my faith and also my illness (he was an atheist). Now I see it was good that we broke up, but I’m 26 and concerned there is no man for me, but I have to have faith that God does have someone special at the right time.
Awe sis I promise you still have time God willing. I’m a fellow 26 year old who’s never been in a relationship. And I used to think I’m getting old. But for a few months now God has helped me to see that His timing will be perfect.

Thank you for sharing Yessi I just came out of a toxic relationship. Your past resonated to me, your story give me hope that God will write my own story too. Honestly, I lost my interest in romantic relationship I just want to love God and fulfill the purpose He put in my heart. But, I still give space for God's will in my life around romantic relationship,.
I'm so very happy for your love and friendship with your husband. 🥰The Lord absolutely set me up with my husband / best friend too. We have been married for 10, going on 11 years. I also knew he was the person I was going to marry before we were officially dating, the night he was used by The Lord to give me the wake up call I so desperately needed to re-dedicate my life to Christ. Like you said too, my husband and I are still in love and we love to be around one another.

How funny! My channel is primarily on minimalism and simplifying life, but it’s important for me to also talk about deeper issues because for the great majority of us, it’s not just STUFF that holds us back. It’s the mindset traps, habits, and sometimes trauma we haven’t overcome.
I’m no psychologist, but if sharing my vulnerabilities and my own weaknesses is helpful, I’m all for talking about that kind of stuff!

I love a good love story
Ive known someone for 8 years. We bonded over that period of time. We were great friends. He wants to marry me but hin and I both have trauma in our past. The year it has been on and off where our fights have gotten worse. People in my church are saying they see us together and he is the man for me. Hes not a bad person but our fights are very toxic sometimes and i end up having bad feelings towards him that i dont like because i love him. I hope that makes sense. I also feel i cant connect with him like i want to, and it just 'ruins' everything. Ive asked God like you to give me a clear sign whether He wants me to be with him or not. People I trust in my church who i know have a deep relationship with the Lord told me they see us together. He also has health issues hes trying to fix and he has deep insecurities he takes out on me. And i get maf at him and lash out at him. I dont know what to do anymore. Im praying and will continue to pray. 😢😢honestly i feel i am and a standstill. Its painful so much.
I completely understand your pain. Truthfully, I think deep down I always knew the previous relationship never brought me peace.. only I didn’t want God’s will - I wanted my own. I wanted it to work.
I can’t give you relationship advice, but what I have learned is NO ONE can fill your void other than God.
What is of God brings peace. What is not, brings fear.

Where do you guys live ? I don’t feel Jesus where I live so many people on drugs 😢
This is hard to listen to, for someone who's having very similar background. While I do rejoice for both of your stories, and am sure God is good, waiting gets painfully discouraging, I'm at the point of needing strength just to listen to other people's testimonies. Mentally I can take it, emotionally it gets bad before it goes ugly. I'm not sure I want to live like this or at all anymore.... which is ironic because Christ met me 18y ago when I was contemplating "escape" for the first time.
So when I was a kid I was totally like you and your husband and everything was downhill from there and I have no happiness and and I don't have any body besides my support me 😭😭😭😭😭😢 and I feel like every single word 😢😢
I am sorry you are going through tough times. Know there are phases in life. If you are a person of prayer, I recommend heavily leaning into that. Healing and growth is a process. Being willing is the first step.
I also found counseling, volunteering, and being more active in my church to be very helpful. Positive social interaction can be very encouraging.

Our first date felt like it was straight out of a movie.
In order to have everlasting life you absolutely must trust in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation 💓 this means that saving repentance is turning from unbelief to belief.
You either believe that Jesus paid your sin debt in full or you don't.

Unfortunately some people don’t share because they already feel guilt (I was one of them) and then if someone else criticizes them when they do share, it can be devastating.
The first person I ever told responded with “Well why didn’t you.. ” and “I would’ve done..”
Unfortunately that shut me up for a long time.
I hope others will be able to speak up and know it is NOT their fault.

No podría darte consejos de pareja pues no soy calificada, y aparte depende mucho en los detalles.
Pero compartiré de mi propia experiencia,
Por un tiempo tuve problemas con mi cuñada, pero yo nunca decía nada. Solo guardaba rencor.
Más que nada, ahora NO busco que sea mi esposo quien venga al rescate. YO misma se como es ella. E aprendido a tolerarla para evitar discusiones, Y TAMBIÉN defenderme yo misma si es necesario, sin guardar rencor. (Porque ya se como es ella).
Pocas veces mi esposo se a metido en nuestras discusiones y lo creo mejor así, porque depende en la situación. No creo que es bueno hacer un problema más grande al involucrar más personas y poner uno en contra de otro porque entonces crece aún más el rencor en la familia.
En inglés hay una palabra “boundaries” que recomiendo mucho leas libros sobre el tema y veas videos sobre eso. Sospecho que quizás te ayudará aprender cómo poner límites a la gente sobre cómo te pueden o no pueden tratar.

Love doesn't exist and marriage is dead. At the old age of 33 it'll never happen and i dont care anymore. Too old for it now and nothing anyone says will change my stance or my mind. Id be a horrible husband and father anyway so if God has done anything, hes kept girls away from me and made me ugly so no girl would ever want me. Thats his will and ive accepted that.
You’re still young my friend. I don’t know you, but our creator does. So I will pray for you. It seems you’ve gone through a lot of hurts in life.
It is NEVER too late to start over.
My husband believed there would be no love for him as well. He was 38 when we married.

I was supposed to hear your story today since I went through the same thing and I needed years in order to understand and grasp what had happened to me and why. In the past couple of years God has slowly been healing my soul, starting with childhood trauma up up a messed up adult life. He slowly led my into a wonderful church and I began a wonderful friendship with a man who is a role model to me in following Jesus Christ, who prays for me, with me and over me, who believes in me, encourages me and respects me. All of this is so new and I am so grateful for what God has been doing with me and in my life.

After my last relationship with who I thought was my soul mate and future wife, and the ensuing 3 years of hell I had to endure after breaking up with her, I had begun to lose all hope for love and marriage.
But I am glad to see that this video really helped me have hope and faith that God will one day bring me the perfect woman for me.
