+Peter Morley Hi Peter, Happy New Year! It's great to be back, and I seriously missed these interactions on the channel. We were slammed by an influx of inventory (a good thing), and I was recruited to help accelerate the listing of new watches (kind of annoying, but necessary). We've brought in more manpower to cover the latter, so I'm back to media and direct client work on a full-time basis. Best, Tim
+Roelf van der Merwe It's GREAT to be back! There was about a two-week period when I was working to help list a huge stockpile of new watches followed by a week in New York for my sister's wedding. But I'm back like Arnold and the channel is going to grow big-time in the new year. There's great stuff coming ;-) Best, Tim
hi there big fan of your channel.. ...just got a question is Bvlgari Diagono professional 40 SS a luxury watch. if yes how much should i pay to buy it and will it have any resale value?
+23bibin Hi 23bibin, welcome to our channel, and thank you for following us! My company doesn't sell new watches, but as an industry observer, I can assure you that a) Bvlgari Diagono 40 SS is a luxury watch (Bvlgari absorbed the old Gerald Genta Daniel Roth manufacture in Le Sentier) b) the resale of Bvlgari is weak. You are likely to be offered 45 cents on the dollar wholesale when you sell or 60 cents on the dollar in a private sale to a collector, and c) I would only purchase this watch new if offered a substantial discount, especially if you have any suspicion that you might sell it in the future. Best, Tim
+David Taylor Thanks David, this was a super cool watch to experience. Sonatas don't come around too often and the Cathedral model really changed the game in terms of tonal quality. It's not just that it sounds like a minute repeater; it sounds like a *GOOD* minute repeater! Plus it has cool synthetic escapement guts worthy of the Patek Philippe Advanced Research series. Best, Tim
My friend you are extremely professional. Keep up the good work. Please let me know if you have any clients that would like to acquire a yacht. -Conrad Jones
+PunisherUltra Hi Punisher, I'm going to use my own JLC Grand Memovox as a rough equivalent, because that's also a significant complication: automatic perpetual calendar with a secondary function (alarm). The JLC cost me $1,700 to service last year with the factory, so I'd assume that the Sonata would be a bit more, perhaps $2,000-$2,500. That's about the price of a service with AP for a Royal Oak Offshore chrono. Best, Tim
+felix pinto Happy New Year, and welcome back to our channel (and you have great taste)! In fact, it feels great for ME to be back with you guys on the best watch channel on RUclips. We were swamped at the end of the year and needed all hands to get watches live from inventory, but now I've got the manpower to back me in my division, and I'll be back in media full-time. And you might be surprised where I pop up soon real upgrades to the channel content are coming soon... Best, Tim
finally I found a mechanical watch with a COUNT DOWN alarm function, really touched. THanks!
What a wow-factor watch! Great review Tim and glad to see you making some new videos! Happy New Year!

Every time I see this watch, it totally blows me away. Is this the only watch on the market with a countdown timer???
I was expecting Romain Jerome, unusual design and architecture for Ulysses Nardin, very cool look! 👍
