It seems that no matter how many time I switch comments back on, RUclips just continue to switch them off again, so I've changed the setting to review all comments first. Let's see if that has any effect.
I remember my sister played that song a lot when I was little.I think about her every time I hear that song. She pass away 7 years ago. Haven't heard that song in long long time.
This was a really nice song guys and that girl has a great voice, I hadn't heard this song before. When relationships initially break up it can feel like that but yep it does get better. Great reaction guys 🎵🎵👍👍
I love all this older music. It gives a good grounding for Lilly as to where modern music has evolved from and what it has evolved into, and maybe she can start a movement later in life to bring music back to its roots. Has Lilly heard any Cilla Black or any Petula Clarke. It does get any better.
@@Lilly8Listens That is a start. If I may be so bold as to suggest listening to John Farnham with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, singing Your the Voice or his cover of the Beatles song Help. He is an absolute legend here in Australia.
@@Lilly8Listens Skeeter Davis also had two sisters who were also singers, and were apart of a trio called The Browns who had a big hit called The Three Bells (all the chapel bells were ringing)
Not familiar with this lady , heard of her (thought Skeeter Davis was a guy) but not her music. Has a great vocal. I have heard this song played by Herman's Hermits. Both of you enjoy your day, till next time . (very soon because got behind)

This song is both the saddest song in the world and also the most beautiful song in the world!!!
Having adorable Lily on makes me want to watch your show all the time. Please keep this RUclips channel going for years and years.
Thanks Gregory.
My mum was a pub singer and sang me to sleep with this song when I was a baby, brought back great (and sad) memories ❤️

God bless Ronald.
So sorry.
I doubt AI could knock up something as moving as this. GO, the talented 60s!
Love Lilly's commitment to listening.
One of my favorites. Never get tired of listening to this song. Another from the same time is Stand By Me by Ben E. King.

Hey the comments are on! Love this song. Glad you like it.
RUclips have switched them off about 4 times already.
Good old song. She has a nice singing voice. I haven't heard it for quite a while. Good choice by Steve.

Some sugestions: Bob Dylan -"Forever Young", Joni Mitchell-"Circle Game"
Another great song by a female singer from the 60's is Shelley Fabares and her song Johnny Angel. May be a great tune to check out!
Johnny Angel is another song on that Carpenters medley I mentioned, I'll see if I can get round to showing Lilly that one.
Shelly also starred in I think 4 Elvis movies
Did you notice, a group called Herman’s Hermits (an English group), also did a great cover of this song Lilly
I didn't know that Philip.

Does she know Elvis? :)
I think I've shown her two of his songs, they are on here somewhere.
