Helios 3D: High-throughput aseptic isolator for vials and syringes filling in radiopharma

HELIOS is a fully automatic system, able to provide an aseptic cGMP dispensing process on vials and syringes. It is possible to have in the same batch, different vial format, different syringe format or even a hybrid batch of vials and syringes.

Abstract
HELIOS is a radiopharmaceutical production system following cGMP guidelines. It features Bubble Point Test, chamber leak checks, particle counting, and VPHP sterilization. Producing 50 syringes/vials every 75 seconds, HELIOS handles dispensing, calibration, discharge, and extraction. It accommodates various vial/syringe formats in a compact shielded isolator, suitable for small labs or large facilities. The automated magnetic conveying system and vial/syringe handling actuators ensure rapid, sequential processes.
