All the students were requested to vacate the hostel due to covid so I can only do this once I return

Is the PGP 2021-23 class going to be held offline?
Hey
The authorities may not call you back to the campus till the government announces that it is safe to open institutes. Also, there might be a clause that for arriving on campus, you should be vaccinated. But I believe things are going to get better and by January the campus might reopen.

Hahha! All the students are at their home. Only the faculty members living on the campus would be there.

Hey! You may not be very good at it but being able to speak and understand English like cricketers at the beginning of their career would be enough. There were participants in my batch who were not very fluent but they still made it into the corporate world.

IIM Indore this year or reappear for cat and try for other top colleges ?
I would say go for IIM Indore. The added benefit you can get by dropping a year is just the tag of a better IIM. But the learnings, creation of network and opportunities remain almost same. There is incremental benefit but the loss is of a whole year if unfortunately you cannot get something better than IIMI. Choose wisely.

Hi! The only leave you get is the term break. There is no holiday on religious festivals
Does the canteen charge too for food?
They do charge you on a pay-as-you-buy basis.
Expensive or cheap for iim students
I would say it is a little expensive if you would want to eat something fulfilling like sprouts which cost Rs. 50, fruit salad Rs. 60, dal chawal Rs. 60, sandwich Rs. 80 and so on. There are also some inexpensive items like poha, sabutdana khichdi, dosa etc. They cost less than Rs. 35
Are the mess food free?
And you have to pay in the stores for extra things right?
The three meals in mess are free (mess fee has to be paid for every semester). Snacks, night mess has to be paid as and when you buy things. Similarly, for other food joints you've to pay like you pay at usual shops.

There are two pure veg outlets on the campus.

First years have to necessarily subscribe to the mess for an year. Therefore you just pay the fee every semester. In second year you have the option to not subscribe to the mess. In this case you can pay each time you eat at the mess.
Is there is additional fee for mess
The is tution fee, mess fee and hostel fee. Mess fee is for three meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. For evening snacks and night mess, you have to pay as you buy.

Is the campus open right now?
Hey! The campus is not open for students right now. Once the situation gets better, the college authority will ask the students to come back to campus in slots of around 50 per day. Hope that helps :)
how much is the fees for BBA??
There is a five year integrated programme known as IPM which has a fee of around 15 lakhs for first three years(BBA) and another 15L for two PGP years(MBA)
@@mbasense7744 correction the fees of 15L is for first 3 years, for the last 2 years, it's the same as PGP Counterparts, which is 8L+8L for two years. Making it total 30L fees for IPM.

@@babalugupta629 Well actually to be Precise the fees for first 3 years is 13.97L (including Hostel and Mess) and then 16L for remaining 2 years. The 30L is a tentative figure
PS - Also the 16L is actually the fees as of now. But the actual fees depends of the PGP Fees of the year in which you enter Pgp. Means if u start IPM in 2021 then you will be required the pay whatever the PGP fees is for Batch of 2024-26 which is currently 16L
