What did Nuno mean about Zak's biceps......... does he lift weights then I've owned two successful gyms and I can spot muscles a mile of I just thought he was a bit big in the arms but thought it was flab from beer drinking and bad diet.hey nuno go to a proper gym and then you will see big biceps.
huskvarsm it was just a joke man , zakk isnt a pro bodybuilder but he has a very good physique considering his alcoholism past and lifestyle , but i guess this isnt about muscle its about music
