Hey, don't know if you are looking for suggestions, but I would love to see some houses with more unconventional rooms (idk what to call them) ie: a house with an attic bedroom and hangout spot for a teen, a tiny apartment in someones basement or maybe flats or something, house with a garage that doubles as a place for some teens to hang or play music. Hope you want to use one of my suggestions. Love you!❤️❤️

I am still holding out hope that we will be able to create real apartments anywhere. Not just lock and unlock a bunch of doors to make it work. I like creating my own and filling them with roommates! This build is adorable 👍🏾
Idea for a build: The three story apartment in your style would be amazing.... maybe for some University students that want to share... or maybe a young bachelor who loves music and acting.
In terms of suggestions: I know you prefer smaller builds, but it'd be cool to get one of the bigger apartments done up in your colorful style! I like playing with roommates rather than families and it's so hard to find bigger spaces/builds for a few Sims.
I think an apartment for two best friends and both of their kids would be cool!

Lovely job as usual ❤️ also since you asked for apartment suggestions, maybe you could do one of the bigger San Myshuno apartments for a big family? But just with City Living and Base Game? Could be a bit challenging because of all the space but I think you'd do a great job with it!

ik you didn't ask me lol but i think you can if you use a basement! if you make one and then remove the roof it looks like an empty pool :)

this is my favorite apartment in the game and i’ve never seen a layout like this i love it
maybe to go with the summer vibes, an apartment for a sulani resident? (possibly a mermaid!) that had to move to the city for college and really misses home.... or smth like that haha. Also i've haven't used that sofa just yet but i loved the way it contrasted with the brick wall, so pretty!
Your voice does sound a little quieter, but because of the lack of background noise, it wasn't noticeable until you pointed it out, so you're good!
I don't like exposed brick lol. I had painted over brick when I was 15 because when we moved, I took the basement as my room. I couldn't put up any posters or anything on the brick. The best I could do was a nail in one of the thin boards kinda separating the platform from the rest of the basement, and I think I hung my bulletin board/whiteboard there.
We had an unfinished basement that apparently had a large dirt pile, so they just built a platform over it to cover it up which literally took up half the basement. It was about three feet tall or so. I had a mattress sitting on it and I'd have to climb up onto it to get to my bed.
Even though yellow isnt my favourite colour you somehow always make me want to put it higher in my colour list lol. I'm currently decorating a build and now I wanna use yellow everywhere 💛

A therapist who works out of there home with a reception area and therapy space and office with patients records and a public restroom accessible from the hallway and their personal home accessible through the records office
Bonus points if they are a child therapist

Great build. Love your apartments. This one throws off strong Parenthood vibes even though that's not the only pack you used. Parenthood is one of my favorite packs for how much more "lived in" it made my builds feel. And I use the counters constantly.
If you're looking for apartment build suggestions, how about a goth student apartment? Liked the goth roommate apartment you did, so how about one that's living alone without much money? And a "California" one with similar colorful and urban vibes to this one but using some more of a coastal or beach feel.
Actually, these would probably work well as one of those apartments you split into smaller ones.

I see...an Asian American family, second generation. Single mom of twins. Recently returned to San Myshuno after a failed marriage. Her mother and father run the Hot Pot Spot in the spice district. Having been raised in the family business she’s a great cook! Her parents, nearing retirement want her to come back and take over but she’s happy with her job as a food critic.

I have an idea that Penny Pizzazz and Johnny Zest get married and have two kids... Because both their names sound like fake stage names... And maybe since he lives in a trailer he'll move into her apartment with her or they get a bigger one but I don't know how to renovate the ideal industrial apartment for them but only use Dine Out, Moschino, Get to Work, and Paranormal packs and the country kitchen kit.
