make sure you don't have any modification programs of any kind open since call of duty is using the RICOCHET anti cheat it will not open, i've notice when i was using open iv call of duty would always crash or never open when i closed open iv it would work normally

Yeah I’m weird and replying to my post. For anyone who has this weird issue. Reinstall your antivirus. I have bitdefender and that was causing issues. Uninstalled it a boom problem solved. Apparently on my ticket from blizzard they said they’ve been having intermittent issues for people who have razer chroma, sdk or bitdefender installed. I tried allowing my antivirus to accept battlenet and all files but that didn’t work. A fresh reinstalle worked.

If you have an overclocked cpu. Turn off the overclock profile. MW2 acts weird with overclocked processors. I had to create another stable OC for mine to work.
I’m saying this because I overclocked my cpu before this game came out and this exact issue was happening to me. Ended up loading optimized defaults for bios but with only xmp on and the game booted.

For all those people who have the problem,here are all the methods i found:
1.Search and repair
