I really like the second ending you got because, in there, Augustine learned a lesson and changed (positively) as a person. And that made him get closer to his friend (who also changed positively).

Being a lifeguard I know this about people so - my theory for the whole stairs incident is that Auggie felt incredibly guilty that he couldn't stop Winnie from falling, and instead of calling the ambulance he ran off, then because of the guilt and since Winnie stopped talking to him as well, he started to feel all the resentment about Winnie he already had just growing and growing. People often in situations when they aren't used to the kind of mindset you need in life-threatening situations will feel like it was their fault or that they could have done something but without the training most people DON'T react quickly enough to help, even some people with training won't react right away. It can make both parties feel weird about the incident, so what I'm saying is the maker of this game is super smart.

The way they set that up perfectly for a romantic confession and never went through with it just annoyed be so much
I think it really adds to the story tbh and maybe one day they meet up and date then marry then adopt and grow old together
Tbf the game was short and done on a time crunch, it was made for a competition!! The creator has mentioned the idea of maybe making a longer version that has more plot with these two and has liked ship art. There was orginally going to be a lot more but because it had to be made with limited time it didn’t happen.

Oh my... I don't even know where to start with how beautiful this game is. Lauren makes it even better, her reactions give it the humour that videos need, but the game in itself honestly sends my emotions in all sorts of directions. A very meaningful story, I was happy to see Lauren playing it.

Oh gosh. I can just imagine Bobby sending them a “video” of Lauren acting strange after watching a video or playing a game. And then Parker feels the need to investigate further because Lauren is their #1 fan, so they feel the need to “save” her. And when they get to the house, Bobby opens the door in a creepy way before inviting them in. And in the background, Lauren is just standing against a wall in a nightgown, muttering to herself or walking around like an NPC. And then while they’re talking, she randomly walks up behind Bobby and starts hitting him with a rubber toy and Bobby is like, “Gosh dang it, Lauren! Stop that!” at the same time, Parker gets up and tries to de-escalate things by running to Lauren and telling her to calm down. And then she just stares at Parker and starts internally fangirling that Parker and Chester are in her house and is just imagining lewd things as a weird smile forms on her face and she starts drooling. Then Chester is like, “Dude! What is wrong with her?!”

I love how this played out! People often put emotions into the bad or good categories. But the truth is that no emotion is truly bad or truly good. It's what you do when you feel those emotions that can be bad or good. And y'know what? This showed that perfectly!
