Drugia can acctually be the real one if she doesn’t have earrings. If you call her number then her roommate will tell you if she forgot to bring her earrings or not. Also the face on the wall appears when you kill a neighbor. If you kill 2 neighbors you get a achievement “be killed by the entity” the clown comes at the end of the round once you’ve let in everyone on the list. No matter what you answer, yes or no you have to play a game with him to end the round. If you win you win the nightmare and finish the round. If you lose you die. Also it is kind of a reference. In the main game it says “if you see this clown in your dreams don’t play with him” also nightmare mode is a dream/nightmare that you are trying to beat
