to all of you who are reading this comment, I just gotta say to all youtubers who focus in one game for youtube contents, viewers have to give respect to these youtubers. because of the repetition of playing, editing, uploading etc is a hustle. so viewers AT LEAST watch the videos once in a while, or watch every video if you really interested to the game and the youtuber, and just subscribe as a form of support. respect aight!!!!
// y0 spoilers something interesting i noticed was how the back part of the warehouse fight might’ve been reused in y0 4 the chapter 11 starting cutscene when sagawa beats up majima, but idk, i just recognized the beam that majima was tied to and thought it looked similar, tho it probably is reused would b my guess
I'm amazed that in the very first two games (Yakuza 1 and 2) you could go past a wave of enemies in a section during a long battle and proceed to the next without needing to take down everyone (basically giving you a sense of freedom in gameplay), but then all of a sudden, in Yakuza 5, no only are you required to take down all enemies (which I don't really mind, but it does limit your creativity a little bit), they thought it was a good idea to implement a text box blocking the enemies' HP mid combat, which can distract you while fighting, and it would also be stuck there for good 5 seconds for no reason. This may be a minor thing to many people but this annoyed me so much while playing Y5 since I like to know how much HP my enemies have. Some examples where it appeared here: 1:17, 4:04, 4:28, 6:11 (BY FAR the worst one)
The dialog text is completely Aída, but the need of taking down the enemies before going to the next section (despite avoinding them was a thing that I found funny) was made cause Yakuza Is more a 3D beat em up than anything, the sense of freedom comes from how you approach to the combat,not in avoiding it.
I mean, personally speaking, even though I love all of them and was going to vote for Yagami, Akiyama still wins the most handsome yakuza protagonist poll, if you sit down and analyse it. He's literally the full package (Has a sexy voice, a stylish and cool fighting style, tons of money, is in general a philanthropist and will always be there for you and your friends and many more... Like, I can't thing of anything negative for him) when compared to the rest of the choices and he's literally the definition of a man every girl and boy desires to have. 😃👍.
That mod is currently being heavily updated, so I'm waiting on the final update to drop so I'll see if it's good enough to make a video with, but I would like to, definitely.
