    You want high turn around crops like lettuce 10 dollars for 10 lbs I can turn around a bed every 40 days

      Worms are $55lb and they fertilize my garden! I raise millions of worms for fertilizer and to show others how to care for them :)

    Saffron and Cannabis are very profitable per lb.

      While i've had no problems in large yields of cannibus (it's less profitable now as they've decriminalized recreational use) i've never been able to figure out a way to get large yields and profts out of saffron. Very nice returns vs weight but seems to take a lot of space to achieve ideal weights so i haven't been able to justify a return on the space required.

    WOOO HOOO, GOGI berries grow about 7,000 berries per acre, lol. I wonder if it should be 7,000 pounds per acre.

    Regarding mushrooms?….. why couldn’t we buy the mushroom package bag thing, Already inoculated with spore…. ….and put the proper room temperature and humidity around them -“ourselves” and then we have fresh mushrooms that don’t need to be shipped !
    because they grew ….for the buyer….
    And I bet those packages could be inoculated several times

    Goji berrys are like crypto.. If the
    USA ever cut off trade to China, goji berry might skyrocket in price but for now aren’t that profitable

      Been lucky to get 800 a lb this year. And trimming by hand is extensive .
