Man, come to Balkan here you can find some of the best dental surgeons and they use quality implant parts like straumann with 10year warranty.
And it would cost you about 1k per implant, with the crown.

My healing collar came loose and fell off. I went back to dentist to have it put back in. The dental assistant (or whatever she was) started doing it and it hurt pretty bad. I told her about the pain and she kept going, it was the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life (and I’ve broke my ankles a total of 7 times, torn ligaments & tendons, plate and 5 screws in 1 ankle, dislocated shoulders, pin in my shoulder, 2 hernias, fractured my skull) I’m just explaining I’ve had serious injuries throughout life, and having this healing collar screwed back on was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced, I pulled away, it felt like she was breaking my jaw. I went home and googled it, some dentist use local anesthetic, but she didn’t even after I asked.
It fell out 2 more times, I made the dentist do it, and use local anesthetic, that stopped the pain.
I went back today for my 4 month follow up, talked to him about the pain and he said the girl that did that the first time “no longer works there he let her go” I really wish I knew more about why he “let her go”.
If you have to have yours screwed back in request LOCAL ANESTHESIA!!

You can eat anything you want even caramel apples won’t hurt a thing they’re screwed into the socket that is in your bone and it’s not gonna come loose. They’re just rock solid just like your teeth should’ve been only these don’t wiggle and wobble come loose they don’t give me any problems And there’s really not that much discomfort involved and all that to get them. They are surgeon that I had. It would put a towel over your eyes so that you wouldn’t be looking and noticed the big vibration when they drill your your bones but not an issue and they didn’t take very long for it to heal up and they put the teeth in that and screw right in rock solid.

I felt 0 pain. Anesthesia worked perfectly. After anesthesia was gone, already at home, I could not believe just how pain free I was. After all the stitches even. I’m still swollen (this is day 3 post extraction and screw placement). Today was the first day I felt some discomfort. Like a little throbbing and a ticklish sensation. But the pain killers I was given work really well. I eat everything but the food has to be cold. Overall I can’t wait to fully heal and stop worrying about infections 😂😅

@@saisurendrapatthigulla4754 you should contact your dentist. This is my 6th day post implant. I had to go back to the clinic because I woke up with such a pain in my upper jaw bone, it was 5am and my pain meds had finished. Omg I had to go to the pharmacy because the pain was too much(I’m not very pain tolerant). It was throbbing and the little cover of the screw had fallen off while brushing my teeth the night before. I texted my doctor, went there yesterday. It turns out my stitches opened and the screw was exposed. So that sucked. Anesthesia again and more pain 😂😂 on the good side is today I feel really good. No discomfort at all. I feel better with the stitches tighten up. Look, call your dentist. Ask for help and don’t go googling stuff because it makes us 😬 anxious

I had to wait about 3 or 4 months before I went back for the implants (done all at once again) and the after another 4 months, I went back for the crowns. Also, I suggest asking which brand implants they will use for the procedure. Mine used Straumann implants which are top of the line. This makes a huge difference for the success of your procedure, and proper care afterwards of course.
