With all the side-content Dandelion being Elder and evil was clear enough, and I did figure that the mystery woman probably was Savory... But without that scene on the Bloody Mantis ship, that really comes right out of nowhere unless you figure there has to be an option for an evil girlfriend since you can go full Bloody Mantis or whatever. Also, her getting shot was kinda... strange. She felt like such a support character like the rest of the band besides Connie that the end scene felt a weird sort of bleak instead of the dramatic type, like if Basil got shot. Probably with more develepmont time and therefore a better fleshed out story that could've been made to feel less rushed. Oh, if only...
Guy constructed a whole regime to raze a country because his younger brother died. Like, I definitely get that something like that can effect a person, but doesn't that seem a little far?
I saw the twist coming about a minute before she showed up, and I STILL found myself going "WHAT THE FFFF-" Guess it goes to show how successfully you've invested us in this game, man.
I mean, you've been hinting pretty hard who Elder was from day one. Savory was out of left field, though we only know like 2 female characters in this whole game, so it was either going to be someone new or her.
You know what surprised me the most about this ending, other than the whole ending, since I didn’t do the side quests, was guns being a thing. I’ve never seen anywhere in this game before this point.
It's hard to believe this is the last LP you'll be doing. Thank you for all of the dedication and hard work you've committed into making all of the videos you've made throughout your entire youtube career. The videos you've made have been very entertaining, informative and a great past time to watch. Thank you for everything Clement! :)
So the only reason the kid trading quest was important was just for Dr. Nutmeg to get inspiration for his flying machine from a paper dragonfly. Ok lol.
"If it wasn't for our damn fascination with machines, Chicory would be alive!" Said the guy who built a giant flying fortress, then attacked you with multiple Trotmobiles.
Yeah this ending probably needed more build up and not come in so abrupt, but I still feel that conceptually it's pretty solid. My only complaint is Beaumont wiping out a gun when he was surrounded by police. In any case, I'm very interested to see how the epilogue plays out.
Wasn't following the plot too closely so seeing two such people that were tied heavily to the Garland Globetrotters turning out to be evil was a smack to the face in terms of twists. Things turn out pretty sadly for everyone! Maybe the land will heal as Vanilla returns to his duties abroad... I'll be honest, I was suspecting Fennel and Basil of being the betrayers at first, since the first enemy trotmobile you see before you even ride one looked blue and you first see Basil eavesdropping on the Killer Elephants. But once things were coming around to the endgame, seeing the way Elder stayed silent on the bridge, it was even on top of that we knew the Fighters in the Arenas were using aliases and saw the double life of the one woman who was taught by Elder himself, something was definitely up. Though... I never thought THAT would be who the mysterious woman was we heard in Evil Vanilla's route. That makes this all extra sad.
So Dr. Nutmeg only gets the inspiration from the kid with the paper dragonfly but that only happens if you get the dragonfly from the other kid when you give him some Cheese. The fate of the entire Goddamn country was dependent over a Block of Fucking Cheese!...Just wow. And the whole Twist about Savory and Dandelion really comes out of nowhere, even if you do all of the side quest and/or side with the Bloody Mantis, I swear I didn't see anything to make the connection, and remind me, Wasn't it a Blue Trotmobile we saw shooting the boulder down in Part 1? I feel like the game wanted to try and trick us into thinking Fennel was the one trying to kill us but I swear that was never brought up in the game itself. This game really does rush itself at the tail end. Anyway, This was the final regular let's play video, time for the last batch of extra videos
Rush, twist, rush, twist, with another twist at the end. M. night had a hand in this ending didn't he? With all the LPs through the years, thank you so much for all the memories. Can't wait to see what comes next after this is done.
I'm not too surprised that Savory is part of the BM, and that's really just due to process of elimination after seeing the BM path cutscene, because there really is no other woman character that it could be unless it would be a new character we haven't met yet. And Dandelion being their leader is a twist on the level of Big Hero 6's twist villain, in that, oh right, this character exists. Although, did Elder get any voiced lines? Cause if we can hear the Yuri in him, it might give it a bit away.
I don’t like that good ending, just feels like they wanted twists for the sake of having twists But hey You can join the BM (snicker) so evil ending incoming
Your boyfriend Dino looked devastated that you left with that boat. I overall loved watching this let’s play from the beginning to the very end. While it is the end of an era, it is also the beginning to a new one. I’m looking forward to the epilogue !
I'll miss your Let's Plays Clement. You're a fun guy to watch and you did a great job all these years. Even the ending song is a good send off here 😌. I hope things go well in the future for you and hopefully you can still do an occasional Let's Look at new Sonic and Mega Man games someday. Stay Golden, Great Clement! Bang! 😉👍 "See You Later".💧
I don't know... It's weird, but I'm not surprised by Savory being the bad guy, even though there's nothing to really foreshadow it. Dandelion? I mean, he's a recluse, so throwing suspicion off of him was basically the game telling you "something is up with him, keep an eye out on where he might show up". The motivation is believable, but at the same time... seems a bit extreme. Though few accuse evil bosses for being logical in their motives. LOLZ!!!
I've watched your playthroughs since 2010, your videos were a huge part of my childhood and helped shaped my love for Sonic and Megaman. Thank you for all the fun times, I give my salute to this last let's play. Toodles
I'm sad that the main game is over, I'm glad there are more parts but boy you were too right about that ending just popping up out of nowhere. I guess production of the game towards the end was rushed as hell. Clement, if you do read this comment I want you to know I loved this LP - it was so amazing and fun! Its a crime that it doesn't have a ton more views - thank you so much for showing us this game. I'm looking forward to the extra parts.
Wow so Dandalion and Savory were the final bosses the whole time!? That sounds......very random. I mean I get that it was supposed to be shocking but I think we needed some small clues throughout the story so it could be more of a shock. But overall, this was a fun LP of the game and Clement, I have followed you since your old Sonic and Megaman LPs. From your Sonic 2 LP to your burning hatred of X6 to even your video of you trying to find Megaman x8. Your commentary was always a lot of fun to hear and your catchphrase is the best way to describe you. I hope whatever you do in the future will be as successful as your LPs are, so while you do have the extra videos, it has been a lot of fun Clement and thanks for the memories!
Got a couple of parts to catch up on but while I’m sad to see the end of your Let’s Plays I’m glad it’s ended on such a high. This has been a great series showing off a really interesting game that doesn’t get attention otherwise. I look forward to the one shot videos that are to come and hope those are more rewarding. Thanks for the decade and a bit of great videos
So does this game have a sort of Spider-Man Web of Shadows thing where you can lock yourself into a different love interest if you go down a different morality route? Because I don't like Savory getting killed in that lame-ass way.
Finally caught up with the LP! I regret not doing that earlier, but I was busy, unfortunately. I'll miss this kind of content from you Clement, but as someone who's seen your Clement Remembers Final Fantasy series, I'm sure your scripted videos will be just as great, if not even better. This isn't the end - It's a new beginning, a revolution, if you will. Looking forward to what's next! I've been watching your videos since the Classic Mega Man days, originally as a way to learn english pronounciation, since I was already familiar with the written part of the language, but I ended up finding a legitimately *Great* and entertaining LP channel. Thanks for everything!
Sheesh, the ending really does just throw everything out there. Dandelion being a villain to avenge Chicory wasn't much of a shock, but Savory was definitely out of left field. I only suspected it in the scene after the Grand Finale crashes, since Marjoram and Basil show up, while Savory is nowhere to be found until the reveal. Savory getting shot and killed by Bergamot is pretty random, though, especially since the guy showed up in police custody and really shouldn't have had his gun on him, plus this game taught me that violence doesn't exist outside of Trotmobile battles.
wanted to wait until I finished the let's play to say this. 1. thank you for starting these let's plays I got so see a lot games I didn't know about growing up. this one included. 2. I'm sad that this is the last let's play. I missed out on this one, didn't even know about it until I saw the leaving let's play video. I'm sorry this game that meant so much to you wasn't as well received as you hoped, but i'm glad that you went out on your favorite game.I can see why you loved it so much. 3.I look forward to seeing what else you do with this channel. let's play or not i really enjoy listening to your opinions on these games (and that awesome eggman impression). 4.weird tangent but I actually find it rather weird that everyone seems to relate this game to the misadventures of Tron Bonne. The tone and gameplay I think are drastically different, could just be me though. Personally I think it lines up a bit more with Tail Concerto.
Lol, what a twist, talk about going mad... Still, the townspeople deserve some sort of punishment for not going against the rich kid when there was a reason but not something so severe. Not quiet what I would call the "best" ending, bittersweet maybe but not best but eh. Also, no forgiveness from me for Dandellion, one accident doesn't give him the right to make everyone miserable at highest those directly involved.
Sure didn't expect the Connie twist. Anyways it's been a fun ride with the last playthrough. Best of luck and good fortunes to your future stuff Clement.
I love the credits theme to this game! I like it because no matter how close you got with Connie it works so well. Edit: after seeing the really bad ending this song does not work if Vanilla was really evil.
I hi sasuke I didn't know it was you, and before anyone says anything yes I know yuri lowenthal voices both, I am simply referring to another character who wanted to destroy the town that did his brother wrong
ngl i am surprised by the twist i never seen the evil vanilla route videos so yeah i was blimd seeimg it, this is indeed a good game for ur final LP ;-;
I was not expecting to be this emotional for your final LP, Clement but I can’t lie; when Connie sang “See you later” the tears started flowing. Thank you for the memories, Clement. Until next time……tootles.
At least Clement will still make videos, because I can't say the same for the Super Best Friends (who broke up on bad terms), or Super Gaming Brothers (they went their separate ways). Looking forward to seeing what Clement's scripted content will be like.
Dude, those freaking twists blew me away, yet it makes so much sense if I'd just stopped to put the pieces I had together. I really like the twists and turns in the end
Damn, you weren't kidding about the ending being an rushed mess.

And soooooo~
_The End is neeeeeear~🎵_
(Aaand you know the rest of the words)
The only twist I saw coming was Dandelion being evil, everything else was nuts. I can't wait for the extra videos!
Yeah, same for me.
Honestly. The mystery woman came out of nowhere. What happens if Vanilla dates her instead?
Guy constructed a whole regime to raze a country because his younger brother died. Like, I definitely get that something like that can effect a person, but doesn't that seem a little far?
I loved watching your playthroughs Clement. I’ll miss them.
I saw the twist coming about a minute before she showed up, and I STILL found myself going "WHAT THE FFFF-"
Guess it goes to show how successfully you've invested us in this game, man.
I mean, you've been hinting pretty hard who Elder was from day one. Savory was out of left field, though we only know like 2 female characters in this whole game, so it was either going to be someone new or her.

“Please forgive me!” Man I miss those
This is it. The Finale to end all Finales.
It sure is.
It's hard to believe this is the last LP you'll be doing. Thank you for all of the dedication and hard work you've committed into making all of the videos you've made throughout your entire youtube career. So the only reason the kid trading quest was important was just for Dr. Nutmeg to get inspiration for his flying machine from a paper dragonfly. Ok lol.
WHAT? For a second I thought it was Connie's sister or something since she had a similar hair style,NOT SAVORY.
An end of an era. Hopefully, you will do something with Sonic Rangers, along with whatever you plan on doing for now on.
"If it wasn't for our damn fascination with machines, Chicory would be alive!"
Said the guy who built a giant flying fortress, then attacked you with multiple Trotmobiles.
Yeah this ending probably needed more build up and not come in so abrupt, but I still feel that conceptually it's pretty solid. My only complaint is Beaumont wiping out a gun when he was surrounded by police. In any case, I'm very interested to see how the epilogue plays out.

Noooooo! Come back to the village, Sasuke!

With all the LPs through the years, thank you so much for all the memories. Can't wait to see what comes next after this is done.
Mom, I was here, in Clement's last episode of his last Let's play
It hits different when something you grew to appreciate so much ends out of nowhere.
Thanks for the LP Clement!
Now to the dark side!
I'm not too surprised that Savory is part of the BM, and that's really just due to process of elimination after seeing the BM path cutscene, because there really is no other woman character that it could be unless it would be a new character we haven't met yet.

Although, did Elder get any voiced lines? Cause if we can hear the Yuri in him, it might give it a bit away.
Nope, Elder doesn’t get any voiced lines, you only talk to him in text.
The ending song was amazing.
Truly I feel Nadia Grifford is the Yoko Shimomura and Utada Hikaru of the KH series but for SC
With how that finale played out it felt like I missed an issue or two of a comic book explaining how things go to that point.
Welp... this is it. The end.
Hope you had a great time Clement. Enjoy your new venture!
SASUKE!!!!!!
For being surprise villains, the scene of him holding her at the beach at sunset with no music and just the noise of the beach is very poignant
Damn the ending is really a soap opera
woah
why did the police let him shoot savory? WTF?
I don’t like that good ending, just feels like they wanted twists for the sake of having twists
But hey You can join the BM (snicker) so evil ending incoming
so the game ends and we dont know who vanilla is?
he really is a gamer point of view input huh
Well, it doesn't really matter who he was before; loosing his memory gave him a new lease on life and made him who he is now.
end of an era
looking forward to your Game essay era
Thanks for the memories, the song just hits more knowing this is your last LP. I am glad to see your journey and can’t wait for what’s to come!
Your boyfriend Dino looked devastated that you left with that boat. I overall loved watching this let’s play from the beginning to the very end. While it is the end of an era, it is also the beginning to a new one. I’m looking forward to the epilogue !

Stay Golden, Great Clement! Bang! 😉👍
"See You Later".💧
I would love to see what happens if you didn't help those little kids and learn how to make a flying machine. is there a different ending for that?
Nope, if you are in the good guy route the blimp will just keep shooting at the lake until you do that sidequest.
@@MultiBoxingKid ah thanks for letting me know! That must be a bit of an interesting trip while all hell is breaking lose haha
Where the fuck is MegaMan X Command Mission?
Btw, Bergamot VA is also the same for Kefka from Dissidia Final Fantasy
I don't know... It's weird, but I'm not surprised by Savory being the bad guy, even though there's nothing to really foreshadow it. Dandelion? I was waiting for someone else to jump after the final fight and scream "I AM THE REAL LEADER OF THE BLOODY MANTIS!"
The plot twist really got to me hard lol I didn't expect any plot twist honestly & the ending was kinda depression
I'm sad that the main game is over, I'm glad there are more parts but boy you were too right about that ending just popping up out of nowhere. I guess production of the game towards the end was rushed as hell. Clement, if you do read this comment I want you to know I loved this LP - it was so amazing and fun! Poor Sasuke, Sakura lived a good life.
So now I'm just wondering what happens if you never gave the kid the paper dragonfly. Does the plot just stall until you do that quest?
Wow so Dandalion and Savory were the final bosses the whole time!? That sounds......very random. Why was the trotmobile which shot the boulder Fennel blue? 16:55 on Part 1. Did Dandelion use Fennel's trotmobile?
spoilers:
Dandelion's last name is Kaczynski
You LPs were the Bomb Clement
Skulls because Evil
2 bad the sequel was cancelled.
Hard for me to call your thing a Trot Mobile hen you keep using wheel legs.
Damn...didn't expect Vanilla to leave Connie. Also it's sad that this is the last lp.
Well this has been a fun lp thank you for these memories of all of these lps thank you.
Wait it's been four months?! Where does the time go...
I didn’t realize “Elder” was in disguise 🥸
So does this game have a sort of Spider-Man Web of Shadows thing where you can lock yourself into a different love interest if you go down a different morality route? Because I don't like Savory getting killed in that lame-ass way.
During the part where you fly to the Grand Finale, I half expected the Light Plane music from Pilotwings to start playing at any moment.
I'll really miss your videos
Finally caught up with the LP! I regret not doing that earlier, but I was busy, unfortunately.
I'll miss this kind of content from you Clement, but as someone who's seen your Clement Remembers Final Fantasy series, I'm sure your scripted videos will be just as great, if not even better. This isn't the end - It's a new beginning, a revolution, if you will. Looking forward to what's next!

Oh wow, Dandelion and Savory are evil? :O Geez, dating Savory doesn't feel quite right anymore then... sigh. ._.
12:55 FRIENDHSIP
Yusei: KIZUNA (bonds)
wanted to wait until I finished the let's play to say this.

Savory being revealed 2 B the leader of the Bloody Mantis is just as shocking as Scott Shelby being revealed 2 B the Origami Killer.😨
Lol, what a twist, talk about going mad... Still, the townspeople deserve some sort of punishment for not going against the rich kid when there was a reason but not something so severe.

Irem: Make this ending
Game Freak ready to make Pokemon B&W: Write that down, *WRITE THAT DOWN!!*
19:51 Sasuke?
I love the credits theme to this game!
I like it because no matter how close you got with Connie it works so well.
Edit: after seeing the really bad ending this song does not work if Vanilla was really evil.
Welp, if the credits song is anything to go by, it sounds like Fennel rejoined the Globe Trotters. So that’s something.
Yuri Lowenthal plays a very similar character in NieR. It's kinds funny.
I hi sasuke I didn't know it was you, and before anyone says anything yes I know yuri lowenthal voices both, I am simply referring to another character who wanted to destroy the town that did his brother wrong
Never would have thought this is where the game would have went, but here we are
Oh he’s called Elder because he’s the elder brother 💡
What was wrong with actually being called Elder 😔😂
ngl i am surprised by the twist i never seen the evil vanilla route videos so yeah i was blimd seeimg it, this is indeed a good game for ur final LP ;-;
I didn't quite think that twist would happen, but when it did, I thought "Of course that'd be it!"
Dandelion's greatest hit: Death by Cop, performing near you!
Sasuke is an Avenger once again.
...Even crazier this time though.
Wait, I thought the Trotmobile that shot you at the beginning was blue? So I thought it was Fennel al along.
ARE THEY SERIOUSLY JUST NOW DISCOVERING HOW TO FLY?
WEIRD NOT SEEING HIM DRESSED UP
Huh that's different, during the end credits for me Connie had that hat you can buy for her on
...what the fuck kind of ending was that?
Damn that ending came out of nowhere, and tbh I didn't really like it
That, uuuuuh.... Wow, that definitely came out of nowhere.
This has a really good OST, good thing it's impossible to buy
The cross country fight is really cool, really ambitious
I was not expecting to be this emotional for your final LP, Clement but I can’t lie; when Connie sang “See you later” the tears started flowing.
Thank you for the memories, Clement. Until next time……tootles.
At least Clement will still make videos, because I can't say the same for the Super Best Friends (who broke up on bad terms), or Super Gaming Brothers (they went their separate ways). Looking forward to seeing what Clement's scripted content will be like.
I so thought of Last Crusade here and nice Wily post
Please, forgive me.😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
8:57 Trying to pull a Dr Wily huh Bergamot?
21:37 ...WHAT AM I FIGHTING FOOOOOORRRRRRR!!!!!??????
Great part Clement! I look forward to the next ones.
definitely rushed, but im engaged in the ending!
Gold Kingdom's body looks like a skull.
Dude, those freaking twists blew me away, yet it makes so much sense if I'd just stopped to put the pieces I had together. I really like the twists and turns in the end
DANG IT Sasuke
