I have to say I love visits like this. It reminds me of going to scrap yards with my Dad back in the 1970s when that was how my Dad kept our old cars on the road without spending a fortune. Best of all I was always allowed to collect a badge of one or two cars and still have them. Chris it a big thumbs up from me and a yes to more vids at your varied range of suppliers. Thanks a lot.
I have a small, one marque, spares business. I look at the rows of certain parts which maybe I sell one or two of a year. The majority destined to gather dust then, ultimately, it’s knives and forks. I reckon when I finally close the doors it’ll take weeks to clear the place - whoever owns this outfit will be there till the end of time. Love listening to this fella - what a decent, honest man.
Hello Rob and Chris, great video. As other older viewers have said this brings back memories of us climbing over cars to find bits. Cars stacked on top of each other, no health and safety. Good old days really in a way. Thank you for taking the time to upload another video. Ged
Well done for dumping it. Not a dealer but had 2014 316d touring with broken cam chain. 3k to fix 140,000 miles. Sold broken for £2600. Sometimes worth walking away! Love the content. Thank you xx
Great video Rob! We call them junk (breaker) yards but sometimes I just pay my two dollars and walk around just to look at cars even if I don't need anything. You and Chris keep up the cool content.
That brings back memories, four cars high rocking back and forth trying to get a part unbolted with pools of oily mud below you and a angry Alsatian on a chain barking at you!
Great video Rob. This place will come in handy as I bought the silver E36 M3 shown in your Hobbs Parker Classic Car Auction video a couple of weeks ago.
Cracking video, what an amazing place! How about it Rob once the RS Turbo is done you do an E30 as clearly you are a fan of them and for so many of us they hold such special memories!
Next month we will be down To -20 8 inch of snow I'll need a trip to Turkey for heat in the bones Thanks for the upload and this weeks content Have a good weekend fellas
Went there 24/25 years ago with my old E21 3 series to scrap it, they didn't want it as they had to many lol. Your arm would get ripped off now 😂😂, that's a lovely old E23 7 series stacked on top of the other car, nice bit of kit back in the day.
Great video Rob as a die hard BMW fan I love to see this, I'd love to see it all in a proper weather tight warehouse etc even though it does look very well organised.
Fascinating to see, but I have to wonder what the demand for a lot of these parts will be as these age cars are disappearing fast, judging by the dust etc the turnover of some parts are low.
I don't normally comment on RUclips, but I thought I'd say, I love your content fellas, and enjoy your videos on my 60inch TV in the lounge after a hard day's grafter. Keep it up guys, doing great.
From the sounds of what you were saying Rob he's basically a BMW specialist breakers yard and because mini is now changed over to BMW or changed over shape because mini were very sought after for years now he also does the new shape mini too
Cracking little video that Rob,I’m slowly working g my way up the video list and will eventually make it to you’re most recent video 😊love the content, both you and Chris are both great lads
Nice to see such a well organised breakers yard. I love routing through yards to see what bits I can find. I can see why you guys love that place when a BMW is in the workshop 👍🏻
Hate scrap yards of today. Sure they do a good job, but years ago a trip to the local car breakers, armed with a tin of Sawrfega, a small kit of all the right bits, wading through the mud, oil and brambles, climbing over wrecked motors...those were the days. Great Video Rob. Cheers, Bob
Brilliant upload mate , Love the part where you showed all the ECUs it reminds me of walking into an old video shop , Best Regards from Dublin Ireland , Thanks for sharing :-)
Used to love going round salvage yards with my dad when I was a kid ,right adventure as you didn't know what cars you would find . All changed now round my way most have closed and the others not allowed round them 😔, that was the best call for your bmw , got to know when to call it a day 👍
place i know of that still lets adults walk round and pick parts but some advices, be respectful and not just break stuff to geet the part you need, think of the next guy
I love these sort of videos, because I love having a nosey round breakers myself. It’s nice to look at it all from the warm and comfort of my sofa!😂. I hope they get the Range Rover on the road sometime soon, thanks Rob. 👍👍👍
I have said it before, but a place like that beats the heck out of lying in a 1960s muddy puddle fighting to extract a part that you need, from a rusty old wreak that will not let go.
Nice video mate, I bet a few BMW owners will be on the phone to them. As for cold, I’m fitting my studded winter tyres the weekend as we are getting 10cm of snow tonight, and I had to scrape the ice off the windscreen this morning. Stay lucky !
Used them years ago for some M Tec springs for my E36. An amazing place........ they`ve got more BMW parts than BMW themselves and they were reasonably priced as well ! 👍👍👍👍👍
Rob that Video was Awsome. They have absolutely everything for a BMW. It's still a shame about that One Series. But I can see where your coming from. At least its gone now. I would love to see if the Guys will get it done. Let us know...Respect Guys. 😜😜
Excellent content once again Rob. ( I actually visited Mark at Kent Auto Salvage and Jerry at Jerry’s car and cycle centre this morning - both were so helpful and I arrived home with a lighter wallet.) Ha ha!
My old man God rest his soul had a BMW 2002Ti, and when it worked it was great, it just blew a head gasket on every journey, until he eventually got fed up with it
Thanks for the video rob I could spend hours in a place like that just wandering g around happy as Larry. Keep us updated on how they got on with the car.
Nice video bmw grave yard …there use to be many in the day ..I remember you had to remove the stuff yourself … now most have the parts on the shelf ..I learned the hard way I bought second hand injectors. For a bmw. Lasted 3 days .. bmw told me buy new because once you remove them you need to fit asp and the new ones are packed well expensive thoe.
On the John Cooper Works thing the only Minis that are brought into the country are the horrendously large Countryman Minis (based on the BMW 1 Series floorpan) made in Austria or in Maastricht. I am pretty sure those made in Malaysia, India or Thailand aren't brought in! All the rest are made in Oxford.
Great video go to as many scrap / salvage yards as you can .Not a lot the public in know and there i like a good look round for parts. Ps how is the best Vauxhall yard.
Rob. You didn't show the rows and rows of unused indicator bulbs 😂
😂 nice one
Best comment yet! 😆
Golden 😂
Lol
Brilliant 👏 👏 👏
Would be nice to know if they managed to fix it in a future video. Another fantastic video as usual 😁

Chris dreams that somewhere there is a place like that for Viva's.
I could've done that, except it would involve time travel to 1986 for anything HA, HB or GT, certainly not after 96.
😁😄👌👍
“Vivalhalla..” 😬
There is. Las Vegas. Ask Elvis, he did an advert fot it.lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Nice video 👍
Great video Rob! We call them junk (breaker) yards but sometimes I just pay my two dollars and walk around just to look at cars even if I don't need anything. You and Chris keep up the cool content.
I remember climbing up cars stacked 4 high back in the 90’s, looking for fiesta parts! You’re not allowed to walk round now due to health & safety!!!
That brings back memories, four cars high rocking back and forth trying to get a part unbolted with pools of oily mud below you and a angry Alsatian on a chain barking at you!
Nice job Rob. For any BMW owners it’s a paradise.
Another good video.
Best place Rob for that! Enjoy your weekend..

5:20 Bonnet is E46 compact
great work guys love watching very interesting video
Great video Rob as a die hard BMW fan I love to see this, I'd love to see it all in a proper weather tight warehouse etc even though it does look very well organised.
Nothing better than a new video from salvage rebuilds UK on your night off 👍
Fascinating to see, but I have to wonder what the demand for a lot of these parts will be as these age cars are disappearing fast, judging by the dust etc the turnover of some parts are low.
I know where to go now for replacement parts for my 1992 E36 318IS Coupe. Thanks Rob
Little bonus video tonight, excellent sets me up for the weekend. Cheers Rob and Chris, have a great weekend .
Very good. Loved salvage yards best one ever was one based near Wendover Raf Halton camp hidden behind the camp fantastic
Perfectly timed as I have ripped an undertray of my E39. Good place to start the hunt.
Great video Rob,i used them after seeing you their the last time, they help me out no end & got hold of a wheel for me.
Thanks Rob for the bm video. Need a rear diff for my 1 series. Will give them a call 👍
I don't normally comment on RUclips, but I thought I'd say, I love your content fellas, and enjoy your videos on my 60inch TV in the lounge after a hard day's grafter. Keep it up guys, doing great.
Thank you 🙏
Let’s be honest the supply of crashed wrecked BMWs will never ever end.
From the sounds of what you were saying Rob he's basically a BMW specialist breakers yard and because mini is now changed over to BMW or changed over shape because mini were very sought after for years now he also does the new shape mini too

Great seeing a specialist breakers. Some good spares for the older BMWs 👍👍
Very interesting Rob.They are (if you can remember)the Mr Rebus of BMW hording lol 👍
Brilliant analogy.. Alex.
I'm sure it was Mr Trebus, as Rebus is a famous fictional Scottish Detective! 🤣
Yes your right Mr Trebus lol
I’ll share the video to a BMW Enthusiast FB group I follow, I’m sure it’ll be of interest to someone on there. Another great video.
Congratulations on reaching 217,000 subscribers and well done for your hard work as always
Love proper recyclers like this place, best result for the 1 series 👍
I love these sort of videos, because I love having a nosey round breakers myself. It’s nice to look at it all from the warm and comfort of my sofa!😂. I hope they get the Range Rover on the road sometime soon, thanks Rob. 👍👍👍
Rob you’re a legend, I’m in Ashford and after a few bits for my F33, can’t believe this is on my doorstep!
Nice stuff Rob, well done. Thank you for sharing.
Love these Rob thanks for showing us around again
Rob, whats the floor covered in? i mean all those nice new parts just lay on the concrete? seems a waste as they'll be damaged??
I have said it before, but a place like that beats the heck out of lying in a 1960s muddy puddle fighting to extract a part that you need, from a rusty old wreak that will not let go.

Nice how they keep there stuff and sort evrything out.
That is one huge supply of BMW parts, a haven for any specialist working on them❤️
Nice to see that project get as far as you can, but then pulling the pin on it when it is the right time to do so! Onto the next project 👍🇨🇦
Hi Rob, another very interesting vid mate, thank you for taking the time to share your day.
Interesting but at the same time sad to think that every piece was once part of someone's pride & joy
New subscriber here, already loving your channel. Keep up the good work!
I said about the dpf at the start. We had a volvo in once with similar issues. Changed the dpf and problem solved.
Great walk around could spend all day in there👍👍

Real Aladdin's cave! Great video, thanks!
Rob, if they can't fix it and end up breaking it, how do they know they are not putting a faulty item on the shelf?
Hi Rob great video and funny cos am going breakers tomorrow morning to pick up leather interior and bonnet. Can't wait for more st action thanks.
Great vid mate.
Excellent content once again Rob. ( I actually visited Mark at Kent Auto Salvage and Jerry at Jerry’s car and cycle centre this morning - both were so helpful and I arrived home with a lighter wallet.) Ha ha!

Really enjoy your longer videos
My old man God rest his soul had a BMW 2002Ti, and when it worked it was great, it just blew a head gasket on every journey, until he eventually got fed up with it
Thanks for the video rob I could spend hours in a place like that just wandering g around happy as Larry. Keep us updated on how they got on with the car.
Less scrupulous car people would fix it and flog it on, good for you Rob selling it for spares, there's many a good parts on it.
What is the link for the bmw breakers yard in Bridgend wish we had one like that one in Ireland I seen something on robs video I have been looking for
Nice video bmw grave yard …there use to be many in the day ..I remember you had to remove the stuff yourself … now most have the parts on the shelf ..I learned the hard way I bought second hand injectors.
