I just did PAE in Reno NV Jan 17 2023 with Dr Evans CIC it took 2 months to work and it did work. I was in caths for over 3 months and as of Mar 14 2024 I was back to normal. I would highly recommend it BUT my insurance co. did not pay and I am still fighting them Prominence Medicar DIS-Advantage.. I know AARP and senior demensions DO COVER IT and will be moving to one of them after my appeals are done.
I'm sure you are making every effort to retain your professionalism and not anger The Establishment, but if we're really honest the AUA is absolutely just protecting a revenue stream for their urologist. Many of the urologist know this as well. It's the patient who is hurt by this. I am about to have my PAE procedure now that I'm a Medicare patient having been denied by Blue Cross through the whole appeal process two years prior. It's shameful how our system works and it really ruins patient trust in the profession. Doctor Marcus Welby doesn't seem to exist anymore. An additional crime is there's no oversight, how does this happen when one self-interested body gets to dictate such a self-interested situation😢
I got PAE around 10 years ago, still going strong. Dr. Ari did an excellent job, was very easy.

can a chronic prostatatis patient can undergo this PAE?
How much do you charge?
No one ever answers this question. When one does not quote a price, that means it's too damn expensive. I don't have insurance!
@@garlandetheridge9902 I ended going with Rezum. It was $6000. And I’m very happy with the results even though it does take some time to fully heal.
@@simchad613 I was referring to the PAE but appreciate your input
@@garlandetheridge9902 before doing Rezum I looked at pae and was quoted close to $40,000.
@@simchad613 WOW! guess I'll have to check into TURP or Rezum. How has the Rezum done for you so far? thanks
cost me over $12,000 for PAE
