I just thinking this idea that there's a plot where Akatsuki was failed or had a hard time to capture all Jinchuriki somehow then knowing there's an organization that tries to capture jinchuriki and bijuus, Jinchuriki who had saved first from captive trial make a group for themselves and planning to search for all remaining Jinchurikis to join them as new organization to fight back Akatsuki
