TO EVERYONE SAD ABOUT STARTING SCHOOL:: at least youre not working a dead end retail job, i'd do anything to be back in school and select a career that actually gets me some where. don't take this shit for granted omfgggg guys be grateful or you'll really actually hate your life later on.
You can still turn this around. You could work towards management. Or just be the best employee you can be even if your employer is awful, then in a year or so look for another job when you have more skills. Lots of employers offer training, ask at your staff appraisal what opportunities there are, they might pay for and send you on training courses that will improve your CV helping you get promotion or another job elsewhere. You can also do adult education courses at your local college to boost your skills or study for a new career. I don't know where you live but in the UK we have Open University and it's a degree you do in your own time without having to attend campus. If you don't have A-levels or equivalent needed to start university, you can do an Access course or Foundation Degree for a year first before starting the degree you want to do. Good luck for your future 💛
