It will mount to existing bench (legs) to flatten the top no need to do the underside. getting the outfeed to let the bit run freely will be a challenge as the legs are narrower than the bench. I'll probably weld up some brackets as outriggers. So thanks for the tips and tricks.

Outrigger brackets are a great idea, I’ll probably do the same thing when attempt a 36” wide job
Spend your money on high quality bits. You thank yourself later. Ya they are much more money, but they cut much cleaner and last much longer for you.
