Wondering how to make floral design recipes from photo? I've gotcha covered.
In today's video, I'm sharing my go-to approach for creating a design recipe from a reference photo.
This is an approach I wish I knew about years ago and has saved me so much time and energy in terms of how we approach design. But it's also a great tool to be able to provide a quote to a client based on any reference photo.
You can use this exact same approach for quoting large scale installations as well as small bouquets and table arrangements.
Even to this day, I still love doing this exercise. I love looking at other designers' photos and deconstructing their designs. Adapting the list of ingredients to suit the season + the colour palette.
It's so fun and it really is as easy as following the 1-2-3 approach.
